Mabel and I were in our bedroom in the Mystery Shack. I was scribbling stuff down in the Journal, while she was... Being Mabel...
"Grappling hook!" She shouted as she fired her grappling hook at a poor, innocent stuffed tiger that was on the end of her bed. The tiger flew off and both it and the hook landed on the floor.
"Mabel, are you sure you should be doing that to your stuffed animals?" I asked.
"I'm positive!" Mabel said as she stuck out her tongue. She tried to salute, but the grappling hook just hit her in the head instead. "Ow." She said.
I was about to say something else when Gruncle Stan swung open the door and said, "Hey, kids! Wanna go to a new pizzeria that has creepy animatronics?!"
"Oh my gosh, yes!!!" Mabel said as she dropped her grappling hook and leapt off her bed. I was a little suspicious.
"Gruncle Stan, are you sure that's a good idea? I mean, you know how animatronics creep me out, right?" I said glancing at Mabel. She had the look of pure excitement.
"Oh, don't worry Dipper!" Mabel said. "I hope they have a fox one!" She bounced up and down at the thought.
I sighed. "Okay... I'll go."
"Yes, yes, yesss!!!" Mabel hugged me.
I rolled my eyes. "Mabel..." I said, embarrassed.
Gruncle Stan laughed. "Alright kids, settle down. How's about we go there right now?!" He asked excitedly.
"Yay!" Mabel and I said in unison.

Mabel and I got into Gruncle Stan's car and buckled our seat belts. I stared out the window and couldn't help but to worry about the new pizzeria.
