Okay, before phan nation goes crazy on me, I am just stating my opinion. I love Dan and Phil. I especially love phan.
I LIVE FOR PHAN.
So, all fangirling aside, here is my opinion on phan.
IT'S WAAAAY TOO FLUFF.
I mean, I like my fluff every once in a while. I am basically a nerdy, quirky, bright colored, big ball of fluff who loves soda and never sleeps.
So, back to my point. Oh wait, what was I talking about? Oh yeah.
PHAN IS TOO FLUFF.
Why, you may ask? Well, here's why.
They're almost polar opposites. But not. (I'm confused too. Let me explain.)
Okay, don't get me wrong I love them both. I want to bear hug them forever. But, they're VEEEERRRRRRRYYYYYYY different.
Dan is band tees and ear piercings and over-protective. (cough cough ADRIAN HOWELL cough cough) But, he does have a soft side. A Phil side, if you will.
Phil, well Phil is how I described myself back there. Remember? Good. Phil, well, Phil is innocent. It makes him adorable. But, he has a, how do I put this correctly?
A Dan side.
C'mon you know they do. EVERYBODY DOES!
Phil obviously has a Dan side because he's older than Dan. But, he's also a younger brother. Chances are, his brother is like him.
Dan, well, he's an older brother. And, his little brother Adrian is exactly like him.
BEFORE ADRIAN CUT HIS HAIR HE SWOOPED THE SAME DIRECTION DAN DOES.
Hey, I'm not a stalker. I just did research for this...I guess.
Back to my point. Dan and Phil are different. But they're not. But they are.
Okay, before anyone faints like this is some kinda riddle, just think.
They have what most people see, and then their other sides. Dan has a Phil side, and Dan has a Phil side.
So,
FLUFFINESS ENSUES.
So, phanfictions are always some fluff whether you like it or not.

Now, on to opinions on phan itself, not just phanfictions.
I literally die inside every day phan isn't real.
By that I mean not announced to the public, I fully believe in phan. And, I love murder mysteries where people find out who did it, so I an very good at finding evidence that phan is real.
I mean, Dan and Phil are the PERFECT couple. And, there is proof. But, I won't go all the way to London just to butt into their personal life and force them to say they're dating. Like I said, I'm not a stalker.
But, I am a fangirl. Most of the time fangirls and stalkers are different.
Most of the time.
I am not some crazy, lunatic, mentally insane, messed up, pink perfect princess tween fangirl. I'm the regular kind.
If I ever saw Dan and Phil in public I would probably walk up and hug them.
So, back to my point I wouldn't tackle them, kidnap them, then have their families pay money to get them back. I would calmly walk up to them and hug them.
Dan and Phil are probably my favorite youtubers. And definitely one of my favorite ships.
