Chapter 1

Alicia's POV

I was walking out my house I had my phone in my hands and had my headphones in my ears listening to my favorite song Pills And Potions By Nicki Minaj , I decided to take a walk to the park even though its 10 pm. I had a lot on my mind and decided to take a walk to get it off my mind. I was walking down the road to the park I lived fairly close to , I walked and sat down on the violet swing sets that glistened in the moonlight " Pills and potions were over dosing I'm angry but I still love you" I felt like someone was watching me I looked around but no one was there .. Hm weird .
Anyways I know I came here to stop thinking but I was thinking even more .. Boy my life has been a hell of a roller coaster! Some times I wonder what my life would be like if it was different.I got up and walked back home getting ready for bed in my pink shorts and black shirt I still feel weird inside I feel like someone heard me singing and I hope no one did , I kept my singing skills to myself. I kept everything to my self its not like I have any friends to tell.. Why? Because I've distanced myself from people after my parents died , it was too much pain loosing them unexpectedly , getting close to someone could cause me so much.

Kalins POV
I was at the park at around 10 I've been here since 9:30 pm just thinking behind a tree. When I heard someone walk and sit near the swings I turned around and seen a beautiful girl with big curly hair wearing sweats a short shirt and listening to music she lookef mesmerizing. She started singing "pills and potions were over dosing I'm angry but I still love you" her voice was amazingly beautiful. I was so deep in thought I didn't realize that she stopped singing because I stood up and she heard me stpe on a tree branch "stupid branch" I mumbled she looked around but I guess she didn't notice me she got up and walked away , I didn't know when I'll be seeing her again but I hoped it was soon I went back to me And myles' place and later on my bed thinking about the girl at the park.. I don't know what I felt but it felt good and when I find her this mysterious girl, I will get close to her. Her voice had me in a trance and her beautiful features. By the time I fell asleep it was 2 am. I didn't know how tired I was until I was getting drowsy falling into a deep slumber.

*Alicia's POV again*
I groaned as the bright sun shone on my face , I turn around and squeeze my eyes trying to sleep but it was no use. I open them and adjust to the sudden exposure to light and grab my iPhone to check if I had any messages and of course none. I usually lay in bed all day and watch Netflix but today I just felt like going out and doing something , I don't know what but just something so I went to the bathroom took a shower and straightened my hair (which took forever seeing as I have very curly hair ) if you didn't know , I'm Puerto Rican and Dominican getting the Dominican from my dad. I put my outfit on (above) and head to IHOP in my range rover.
*at IHOP*
I sit down and order my breakfast, eggs with bacon and pancakes , I'm on my phone scrolling through twitter bored waiting on my food. I look up and see someone walking through the door there's two actually, one very tall maybe about 6'1 around there? He looked cute, green eyes and he had shoe game too. Then next to him a smaller one , maybe 5'2 or around there , they sat in the table next to me , with two seats. I looked at the taller one but quickly looked away when he turned to look at me I made my hair cover my face. My food came about 3 minutes later and I ate while on my phone until someone tripped and it grabbed my attention I looked up and saw my ex... Hector.
"Hector?!"

-Kalin POV -
Myles and I decided to go to IHOP for breakfast because neither of us wanted to cook haha! We headed out to IHOP and I sat at a random table while on my phone but I felt someone staring at me.. I look to my right and the girl looking at me quickly looked away.. I felt like I seen her before but I can't put my mind to it. I'm still in deep thought about the girl I saw at the park. The girl next to us got her breakfast and still wouldn't show her face. We were peacefully eating our food until a guy tripped and the girl finally showed her face then it hit me! I have seen her before! SHES THE GIRL FROM THE PARK!
"Yo myles you know how I told you boiut that girl from the park ?! " I said to myles who was digging into his food he looked up from his plate and nodded his head " that's her" I looked over indicating he should look and he did and I looked and realized the girl knew the guy that tripped I decided to listen to their conversation
"Hector?!" She said
"Hey baby" the guy who must be hector said , wait she has a boyfriend ?
"Don't call me baby were way over but it seems wherever I go you follow me" she said .. So this is her ex!
"Come on I know you still want me" he said trying to touch her
"Leave me alone " she said but he continued , I don't know what came over me but I stood up and pulled him away from her "yo she said leave her alone so leave her alone!"
"Oh yeah? And who are you? Why do you care about that bitch huh?"
I punched him across the face and kicked him in the ballad and said
"I don't even know her! But I do know I'm not gonna let you disrespect a female , now leave"
he got up in pain and by now everyone was paying attention to us. I looked over last the girl and her head was in her hands I sat down next to her while myles stood there I pulled her hands away and asked her if she was okay
"are you okay??" She looked up and said "yeah uh thank you..." She paused obviously waiting for my name
"Kalin my name is Kalin and its no problem, I wasn't gonna just sit and watch him bother you, what's your name?"
She said "my names Alicia , and yeah that's my ex he never leaves me alone."
I looked into her eyes and she's beautiful .. Myles introduced him self "hi I'm myles" Alicia smiled and said she had to go so we got up and I asked her for her number
"hey can I have your number ? I wanna get to know you if that's alright ?"
I said with a smile she smiled back and put her number in my phone and said goodbye to me and myles when she left we left to and I looked at myles
"bro I got her number" he gives me a look that says "no really" we just laugh and head home to work on our new ep.
