They Saved Me

Chapter 5.

My last few classes consisted of Ashton giving me this sad look every time we make eye contact. I was so happy when it was time to go home, even if I was going to my dads and I had to be with Rachel.

~Ashton's POV~
I couldn't help but give her this sad look every time I saw her, why would she do that do herself? What caused her to do it?

I get on the bus after school and sit next to Luke.

"Hey" he says

"Hi" I respond

~Reina's POV~
When I get on the bus Ashton looks strait at me with those puppy dog eyes. I ignore him and sit in the last seat behind him. Michael and Calum sit across from me, I was surprised when Michael and Luke started talking to me.

"Hey Reina?" Luke asks

"Yeah?" I respond, scared of what he's about to ask, did Ashton tell him?

"We were wondering if you wanted to come to our band practice Saturday?" Michael asks

"Umm" I didn't want to say 'no, I'm to busy being depressed' so I respond with something that surprised me "sure, what time?" they both look surprised at my answer, but they finally answer.

"Does 2 work?" Calum asks

"sounds perfect" I say, and for the first time, I use a real smile
