Chapter 1

~Isla Woodwork~

"Calm down Isla! You going to wear down that carpet from the amount of pacing you've done. Calm down, for goodness sake," Jenny moaned at me. She doesn't know how scary it is because she is only 15 years old.

I'm Isla Woodwork. I'm 17 years old but I will be 18 tomorrow, also tomorrow I will find my mate. I'm excited but scared at the same time. Sometimes people don't find their mate until their mid 30's! What if their abusive?

'Calm down Isla!' My wolf, Tami, groaned through the link. 'Your giving me headache from your constant mind battles! Just calm down before I lose control.' Tami finishes before huffing and breaking the connection. Well, it's someone's time of the month...

I look at Jenny she's busy chatting about a new group her friends at school were talking about. I think it was 'One Dinner' or something like that. Her honey, hazel eyes study my face while her dark brown hair swishes in her face every second or so. She's My favourite sibling. Except my brother, Aiden.

My brother, Aiden, is 19 and is really protective of me. He has a mate called Katherine who often comes over for dinner. She's quite snobby and likes to boast but she's alright if your nice to her. She's our Luna so I have to be nice anyway.

My sister, Jenny, is often getting into trouble at school only because of her firery attitude. She's my little sister who is a right pain in my ass. She doesn't understand the word 'Stop' but she can be funny and nice if she wants to be.

My mother and father are the old Alpha and Luna of the 'White Moon Pack' which is ours. We have over a thousand members and we take rogues and threat seriously. Also, luckily, we train the females unlike other packs.

Our pack is situated in England. It get quite cold but a nice fire and fluffy socks does the trick, plus, everyone walks around in their pjs a lot so we're all comfortable together,

Coming out of my thoughts I look to my white nightstand and see on the clock it's 5 o'clock. I groan and rub my eyes! I'm not superwoman, I need sleep at some point!

"Get dressed we are going shopping for your birthday tomorrow," Jenny shouted in my ear.

I jumped surprised at the loud noise and glared at her "Fine, but I told you I don't want a party," I moaned getting out of bed.

"First, your turning 18! Your going to find your mate one day now," I just glared at her. "Also, your kind of an Alpha's daughter! Your special so it has to be big!" She exclaims, opening her arms wide like a bird to show how 'big' this deal was.

"Ok ok, whatever, now get out," I said monotone and forcefully pushing her out my room. I heard her feet pad away while I slid a hand down my face. What have I got in to?

"I'm ready," I shout as I grab my purse and car keys.

After Jenny left I took an hour to put on make up and put some skinny jeans and a black skull graffiti shirt on. I look swaggy.

" Jenny hurry up,"

"Coming" She shouts back running down the stairs. "I got no sleep last night, all I could hear was Aiden and Kathy... Doing the deed..." Jenny choked out while I winced. No one wants to hear that in their slumber.

"Ha ha, we can tease him about that," I suggest unlocking my car.

Aiden came running out, his hair all disheveled, while me and Jenny teased him the whole ride there. Overall it was great day, we went to Starbucks, forever 21 and many other stores before heading home and having a sibling bonding movie night.

Once I got to bed I closed my eyes feeling content with my life...
