Say You Love Me

Chapter 1

"Don't kill him!" Eren turned his head slightly towards his friend. "He's innocent!"

Mikasa sighed, "What is he reading now?" Eren smiled at her.

"I don't know," Eren turned to Armin "Hey what are you-"

Armin put his hand in Erens face, "Don't talk to me while I'm reading."

Mikasa laughed and stood up. "Well everyone in the park is staring at you." Eren stood up with her.

"Eren I told you to stop talking." Armin said into his book.

"What? I wasn't-" Armin shushed him and continued reading.

"Just leave me here." He said and turned a page. Mikasa walked away laughing while Eren followed.

"He's crazy." Eren laughed as they walked home together. It was August 30th, the last day of summer and Armin asked could they go to the park. That's all he ever wanted to do, either that or the library.

"Are you looking forward to being a senior?" Eren asked.

Mikasa stopped walking and looked at him. "You're not gonna let it get to you, right?" Eren shook his head not entirely sure of what she meant.

"Good." She continued walking. "I don't want you getting into any fights anymore."

Eren sighed, "For god sake Mikasa you sound like my mother!" She laughed as Eren shoved his hands in his pockets.

"Well stop getting into fights then." Mikasa stopped walking again and frowned.

Eren stood there confused, "Mikasa?" He looked across the road at her house. Her brother was getting out of his car with a girl. Eren had seen her before, probably someone from his college. "What is it?"

Mikasa glared across the road. "That woman..." Eren stared at her like she was crazy. "Don't give me that look, she's evil."

"Who is she?" Eren asked. He was a bit worried now, he had a tiny crush on Levi. He would never tell anyone that though.

"She's Levi's girlfriend, Petra." Eren frowned as she spoke. "She's constantly using him to get everything she wants and she's so fake, ugh I hate her." She sighed and put her hand through her hair. "Come on." She walked towards her house.

As they got closer the girl, Petra, she noticed them. "Hi Mikasa!" She said with a smile. Mikasa walked right by her and into the house. Eren gave her a smile and tried not to make eye contact with Levi.

They went to Mikasas room and she slammed the door. "Wow calm down."
"I'm sorry its just..." She sighed and sat on her bed. Eren sat beside her and waited until she was okay.

"She's the devil." Mikasa said after a few minutes. They both started laughing.

Mikasas bedroom door opened and her brother walked in. "Could you try be a bit nicer?" He asked. Eren felt like a little boy in a candy store. Levi had a black shirt on and had the sleeves rolled up. His hair fell over his eyes that were suddenly looking at him. Eren sat up straight. Levi shook his head and looked back at Mikasa. "Well?"

Mikasa glared at him, "No I don't like her, she just uses you." Levi laughed at her.

"You don't know shit." He left the room and the door slammed shut.

Eren cleared his throat and turned to Mikasa. "She didn't look that nice anyway." Mikasa smiled at him and put her head on his shoulder.

"I hope Armin isn't getting mugged right now." Mikasa laughed. "He probably only cares about his book anyway."

Eren smiled. He had one year of this left, and then he would be moving to Germany. That was the plan anyway. Senior year would be great if he could just get rid of Annie's group of friends and make Levi fall in love with him. Well, a boy could dream.
