Chapter One- Turned

"Hey, I'll catch up with you guys, I have to grab something from my house." I told my friends aka the social outcasts. Those words were the last words I said when I was human, unless you count screaming as words. Now that I look back on it, I shouldn't have left them. I should've just left it at home. Too late now....

Oh wait I forget to introduce myself, I'm Hannah Bale, a vampire if you haven't guessed by now. I was bitten by a vampire and... well I'll get to that later. I am very shy, I keep to myself and that's it. Oh and I get very, very anxious if you can't tell already.

I'm a freak, a nerd, an outcast, well I WAS that anyways. Okay, now back to the topic.

I was walking to my shortcut and heard a noise and decided I should check it out.

Note to self: Don't check out creepy noises without a weapon.

I walked and stopped when I heard a noise come from behind me.

I was forced down by something, at the time I didn't know what it was, and started screaming. The thing covered my mouth and bit me in the neck. All I felt was pain until it stopped when I blacked out.

To be honest, I thought I was dead but then again I was like, how can I hear myself?

When I finally woke up, I reached for my glasses, oh I forget to mention I had glasses too which made people think I was even more of a freak. The thing is I didn't even need them, everything was crystal clear. I looked around and got up and had this sudden urge to for blood.

Weird, right?

"Hello." I quickly turned around to face a pale, bloody man.

"Who... who are you?" I yelled.

"You mean what am I?" He said.

"What are you then?" I yelled even louder.

He came to me in a flash and showed me his fangs.

Wait, fangs?

"What did you do to me?" I shouted.

"Can't you tell, you are a vampire now sweety?"
