Character Bios

Spandam: The leader of Cipher Pol Nine. He may be the weakest member of the group, but if you anger him... he'll get Lucci. He has shoulder length pink hair, and has some metal torture-device thing on his face. 

Rob Lucci, or Lucci: The strongest member of CP9, although only second in command. He is almost always serious, and has the ability to turn into a leopard, due to Devilfruit powers. He has long jet-black curly hair that is in a ponytail. His pet pigeon, Hattori, is found perched on his shoulder.

Kalifa: The "mother" of the group. Kalifa is always putting up with the other's crazy nonsense, whether it's Spandam's  pervertedness or a pointless debate over Twinkies and Hohos. She has long blonde hair, and is always dressed in formal clothing. 

Kaku: The mature one of the group. He is always taking his work seriously, but is tragically the butt of everyone's jokes, especially Jyabra's. He has bright orange hair, that is often concealed by a hat, and has a rectangular - shaped nose.

Kumadori: The most irritating man on the face of the earth. He has an annoying voice, and tends to shout YOYOY from time to time. He has long pink hair, a pale face that resembles a kubuki mask, and is six times the size of a normal human. So, not only is he loud, he's also huge!

Jyabra: Kaku's best friend, and an obnoxious jokester. He specializes in teasing the others over petty things. He prefers Twinkies over Hohos. He has long black hair, a goatee, and has the ability to turn into a wolf. He picks on Kaku because of his ability to turn into a giraffe.

Fukurou: A strong Hoho enthusiast. He is often found pestering Spandam with his antics. He has short green hair, is just a foot shorter than Kumadori, and resembles an oversized carnival toy because of his body shape, and large zipper for a mouth.

Blueno: The keeper of doors, Blueno has a Devilfruit power that enables him to to make a door out of just about anything. He is usually found flirting with chicks, or creating new doors out of numerous objects. His hair is in the shape of bull horns, and has a mustache-beard combo on his serious-looking face. 

Nero: He is the newest member of CP9, and is a rouge with a vicious temper. He has cat-like whiskers, wears a black hat with with a large red feather, and adorns himself with numerous pieces of jewelry.
