Papa

Mama and I were having a picnic under a tree while we were waiting for Papa to come home, he was on a mission with the scouts, but he is suppose to come home today.
"Kiyomi whats wrong " Mama asked me. "I miss Papa" I said with a frown. She patted my head " you shouldn't frown or Papa will be sad" she pointed behind me, I turned around to see someone coming this way with a green cloak. " Papa!! " I screamed and ran toward him. Papa picked me up and placed me on one of his shoulders while he walked over to Mama hugging a and kissing her.
"Kiyomi you've gotten taller, you're 15 now right" Papa said.
I shook my head no "No papa I'm still 10" we laughed.
"I'm glad you're back safely" Mama began to cry.
"What's wrong Mama, why are you crying "
"Its nothing sweety I just missed Papa"
We all went back to the picnic and Papa placed me in the middle of them. I looked up at the both of them, I had mama's black hair and papa's blue eyes. They kept on smiling and laughing together, I wish papa got to be with us more but he's making us safe. "I wanna be just like papa" I smiled. It was quitet, they both didn't say anything.
"Kiyomi the reason I joined the scouts is so that you and mama wouldn't have to"
" But papa I wann-"
" No Kiyomi " Mama said sternly. I looked at papa and saw he was still wearing his gear.
"Fine but papa can you show me how to ride one of those?" I said using my puppy eyes. "Why" he asked. "Because im big now and i wanna ride it" He looked at mama for a second then sighed. Papa then took of his gear. I actually was going to join the survey corps in 2 years without them knowing but if I told them that, they would probably never let me out of their sight. He tightened the latches so it would fit me, it weighed more than I though it would. "You're now ten years old so I think you're old and tall enough to use it." Papa and Mama laughed at how big the gear looked on me but soon Mama's face went back to a frown.
Papa shot one of the wires to one tree and the other wire to another tree, the wires started to rewind and my feet slowly got lifted off the ground.
"Look at me Papa, Mama !!" I smiled. I looked at Papa and I didn't know what he was thinking, the face he made, I didn't know.
"Kiyomi have you ever put one of these on before?" Papa asked. I just shook my head no. "Hmmm" papa unhooked both wires and showed me how to use it.
It felt like I was flying and I never wanted to come down. Papa was with mama under the tree talking while I was using the gear. I learned how to do some manuevers and combinations that papa taught me but he took out the blades. I understood why they wouldn't let me join but its what I want to do, I wanna protect Papa and Mama too. I shot on top of our house, the breeze felt really nice I laid there for awhile and before I knew it I fell asleep.
"Kiyomi! Where are you?! Kiyomi" I slowly opened my eyes, it was really dark now. I jumped off the roof but shot at the roof making me land softly. "Hi Mama hi Papa" they both were shocked. "Kiyomi don't scare us like that" Mama said. "Sorry" I grinned at them. "You sure are loving it huh" papa said. "But I'm going to need it back before the gas runs out." I took of the gear and saw papa putting it back on. "Honey why are you putting it back on, don't tell me-" mama looked sad again. Papa kissed me and picked me up. "why dont you go change and go to bed."
I nodded my head and walked inside. Mama then went to hug papa tightly.
The next morning I woke up, Papa wasn't there. I sighed, i knew he wasnt gonna stay long but he didnt even get to stay for one day. There was no point on being upset so i decided to start cleaning the house before mama wakes up. I was dusting in papas study room that was filled with books. I've read maybe a quarter of them and they were mostly about titans and history. Mama didn't like me coming in here but I found the books to be really interesting.

It was now 845, I am now 12 years old and I haven't seen papa for 2 years, I planned on leaving to join the training regimen but I never wanted to leave mama alone, I wanted her to have papa by her side. My plan was to get papa to leave the survey corps and stay with mama while I was gone but he never came back. I don't even know if he is dead or alive. The last time I saw him when he was teaching me about the 3DMG, I actually got my hands on one from papa for my 12th birthday, but he didn't come. He had sent it to me.
I wandered the streets and saw a little blonde boy getting bullied I ran toward him until I heard yelling, a young boy came and also started running to to boy who was gettug bullied. Then behind him was a girl who had a scary aura around her. The bullies ran off and they comforted the blonde boy. I walked up to them " are you guys alright?" The little boy with green eyes looked familiar but the The three of them looked at me and nodded. I turned back around and went back to wandering the streets.
Ughhh papa where are you. Every time the survey corps would return from a mission I would watch and look for papa but I wasn't able to see him. I looked at the walls that surrounded us, what were beyond those walls that papa always got to see. Suddenly I heard an explosion followed by a huge cloud of smoke, all that I saw was a huge head peering over the wall and his hands gripping the wall.
