Sapphire woke up naked, and alone for the second time since she left Portland.
It wasn't the naked part that was surprising, considering last night. A faint blush appeared on her warm cheeks, just thinking of the events from hours ago.
She was surprised that she woke up alone.
Had Oliver sneaked out? Did she take it too far?
All of the thoughts swirled out of her head, as the smell of bacon swirled in.
Maribell knew not to cook meat while Sapphire was home, knowing the smell was repulsive to her.
Untangling herself from her sheets, she stood up and threw a very over sized t-shirt on, along with her favorite pair of knit socks.
She leaned over and grabbed her phone from the night stand and checked the time. 9:56 a.m.
How she woke up before noon, given the fact that she went to a party late last night, and did other things when she got home, she did not know.
Probably the disgusting smell of pig, that's what woke me up, she thought to herself.
Deciding to figure out who the hell was cooking bacon in her home, she ran off to the bathroom to brush her teeth and wash her face.
Sapphire was that girl who brushes her teeth as many times possible a day, and always uses hand sanitizer. She just can't stand to feel, dirty.
She walked out of her bathroom and into the kitchen, and stood in awe of the sight before her.
Oliver and Wyatt were cooking breakfast.
Shirtless.
Both men were standing in front of the stove, focusing on the pan with steam pouring out of it, in only the shorts they wore from the night before.
Their bare chests, showed off their mouth watering, glistening abs.
She could see perfectly that Oliver had back dimples.
She sat down at the table the boys built the previous day and said, "May I ask why I woke up to the smell of revolting bacon?" scrunching her nose up in disgust.
He turned around and shrugged with a goofy grin on his face, "We thought it'd be nice to make breakfast."
She sat there with a quirked brow and said, "That still doesn't answer my question. How did bacon end up in my apartment in the first place?"
Oliver furrowed his brows, and said, "You bought it? It was in your fridge, so we made it. I don't see the problem."
Sapphire laughed at his confusion and said, "The problem is, that I can't eat it."
Her words only made him more befuddled, until his face softened and he breathed out, "Because you're a vegan, right?"
She laughed even more and stood up, stopping in front of him saying, "Right."
He rolled his eyes and turned around huffing, "You could've just said that."
She let out a light chuckle and strolled over to the fridge, gathering all the ingredients for her routine breakfast, smoothie bowl.
She would usually just gather what fruits she had at that moment, and blend them up.
Today that was, banana, strawberries, mango, and pineapple with a handful of spinach.
She plugged in her favorite thing ever, the Nutribullet, and blended her fruits.
Sapphire made sure to only put foods in her body that would benefit her health. Of course, there was the occasional fast food stops, but she always worked it out of her system later.
