The Counter-Electronics & Tactics Agency(CETA) is a highly classified spy group currently consisting of 9 members all of whom are popular web stars on the social media like site, YouTube. This agency is mainly based in North America, specifically the United States and 1 in Canada, but for possible future war reasons, 1 member currently mainly resides in Russia.

All are only believed to have their whole career devoted to YouTube and one is also believed to be a fictional character/icon played by another webstar on the site.

The existence of this Agency is within the knowledge of very few(all of which are American or Canadian citizens). Not even the president(or any position determined by election for that matter) is aware of this organizations existence.

Lilly Singh•
Currently resides in Toronto, Canada as far as the general public is concerned, but often travels to LA and is likely to move to LA. Main identity is of a popular YouTuber/comedian/motivational speaker that is a strong believer in equality of all people and has a goal to raise southeastern Asian awareness.

Also has a vlog channel that shows all of the main aspects of her normal life to lower any suspicions of her leading a double life.

A female field agent of CETA and the master of disguise. Contains impressive skills with makeup.

Astonishing actress which comes in handy during undercover missions.

Outstanding face to face combat and weapon(especially guns) skills. Experienced in all of the main martial arts areas and gets help from Ryan, but is best and an expert in taekwondo, judo, karate, jiu jitsu, capoeira and MMA.

Doesn't prefer to because she doesn't like the idea of only intending to torture somebody, but when she has to for reasons like the person already being deathly afraid of her, she gives interviews.

Above average skills with computers and technology(hacking).

Ryan Higa•
Currently resides in the United States, more specifically Las Vegas, Nevada. Main identity is as a popular YouTuber that makes comedic videos and vlogs with two channels he named nigahiga and HigaTV.

Based in Las Vegas due to the high rate of drug deals, kidnappings, and robberies and stops several of these scams each day. In some ways can be called the vigilante of Las Vegas.

Main male field agent of CETA and best in combat skills of the nine.

Trained and currently an expert and best of the nine and one of the best in the world in the areas of aikido, hapkido, judo, jiu jitsu (and aiki), karate, Krav Maga, Kung Fu, MMA, Muay Thai, taekwondo, American Kenpo, tai chi, and bartitsu.

Also experienced in bajiquan, wrestling, bojuka, bokator, boxing, and iaijutsu.

Can work well with any weapon.

Usually takes on solo missions.

Exceptional actor.

Connor Franta•
Currently resides in America. Main identity is of a popular YouTuber that makes comedic videos along with Olga Kay, Joey Graceffa, Laina Morris, and Ricky Dillion.

Serves as the hacker, tech expert, and main gadgets/weapons inventor of CETA.

Best skills with computers and technology(hacking) of the nine and one of the best in the world.

Installs new identities and a whole background history into the system for undercover missions where the field agents need to be someone else that doesn't already exist.
