Scared. Confused. There's no space around me. Im stuck. Alone. I feel the walls around me. I sit. It drops. I feel myself falling as I'm trapped in the box. My heart races. I try to scream. Nothing. I close my eyes and pretend to be somewhere else. I stopped moving suddenly. Beams of light break through cracks in the wall. The pressure in the box is released. The wall opens.

I'm in the middle of the woods. How? Why? Nothing looks familiar. I walk towards the light. A cliff. I'm 10ft from the edge. The view makes me speechless. I hear something. Someone. I turn. Nothing. I slowly walk towards the ocean. I see a house. Abandoned. I get to the beach. As I walk towards the house I hear someone. Nothing. The curtains are closed and it's dark inside. There's a note on the door. "We've been waiting for you" -J.....The house is mine.

I removed the key from the note and unlocked the door. It's huge. All mine. I walk in to see someone on the couch. I stop in my tracks. Who? He turns and looks at me. Eyes deep and full of mystery. As he stands up I back towards the door. Scared. He stops. I backed into the light switch. On. His face looks so familiar. Jacob. "Is that really you" I asked. He tries to smile but can't. He's trying not to cry.

I stand there speechless. He went missing years ago. How is he here? Why am I here? I kept thinking about my senior year without him. Confused. Excited. I don't understand. My train of thought is gone. He walks closer. I watch. I feel his hand on my arm. He slides his hands down to mine. I watch as he lifts his head. I start to cry. He slowly moves close. Our lips touch. I wrap my arms around him. Speechless.

As I back up he pulls me in closer. Presses me against his body. The warmth of his body against mine. He picks me up. We walk up the steps. Slowly pushing me against a wall. He pulls back and grimaces. "I have been waiting a long time to do that" he says under his breath. I smile. I feel his hands slide down my sides onto my waist. They stop. I look down towards the window. Someone. Someone watches from behind the pine.

He runs. I start to move to close the curtains. I slip. Damn. My ankle. Jacob watches as I hit the floor in pain. He rushes down to my side. I move too quick. Broken. Jacob carries me down the steps to the car. The door slides open. He sets me in the car. Gets in. The floor disappears. Underground. 75 mph. We slowly come up a ramp to ground. I watch as we quickly past all the trees. Blurred.

We pull into the hospital parking lot. Wheelchair. A nurse comes out to the car. I have tears down my face when I get out of the car. Scared. We rush away before Jacob is out of the car. He yells. I can't turn back. I sit 20 minutes before they read the x-rays. Broken. I go into surgery. Shocked. So fast. I come out in the wheelchair and a black cast. Jacob goes silent. I finish paper work the get wheeled to the car. Damn. I see the shadow. Again.

I watch him behind a Black Mustang. He gets in and races away. I watched. Confused. Disturbed. Afraid. I turn and get into the car. As I shut the door I think. Jacob knows. We sneak over to the store and get my prescription. I didn't see the car. As I look out the side window I see her. The little girl. The one from my dreams. She hides behind the building once she catches sight of me. Is this a dream. Maybe. Maybe not.
