Cruising.
Imagine you're driving along in your car with your family. The sun is shining and it's a beautiful day, the calm wind blowing in your face, and it's just the perfect temperature where it's not too hot, not too cold, the birds are chirping- and it's not those really annoying birds that squawk non stop until you've reached the point where you'd rather die than listen to them any more, or maybe until you've decided you'll take up hunting. Time flies by and before you know it, you're off the highway and almost there. You look beside you to the left and see your sister peaceful and quiet, and behind her you see so many trees- beautiful trees that are all in full bloom and not a single dead looking one in sight. Then you look to your right and you see a lit up city just over the cliff that's the edge of the road you're driving on, and behind that you see the ocean, big and such a beautiful shade of blue with calm waves allowing boats to soar around freely and for surfers to shred each and every single wave in sight.
Imagine you're driving along in your car with your family. The sun is shining and you forgot sunglasses so it's unbearably bright, the wind is blowing your hair everywhere sending pieces flying into you mouth getting caught in your lip gloss, making a big tangled mess of your hair and making only your face feel really cold, you've regretted wearing jeans because way too hot and your shirt is uncomfortable as you're squished in the back seat. The birds are chirping- and yes, those really annoying birds that squawk non stop until you've reached the point where you'd rather die than listen to them any more, or maybe until you've decided you'll take up hunting. It feels like it's been hours before you're finally off the highway and you're almost there. You look beside you to the left and see your sister who's listening to music so loud you can hear every word through her headphones, and she's tapping along making you annoyed enough to make you almost want to throw her iPod out the window and hear it crunch as a car drives over it. Behind her you see so many trees- beautiful trees that are all in full bloom and not a single dead looking one in sight, but then on the ground all you can see is garbage absolutely everywhere, how'd people get that plastic bag so far up in that tree? You wonder. You've decided you've seen enough litter so you look to your right and you see a lit up city wasting so much electricity just over the crumbling cliff that's the edge of the road you're driving on, and behind that you see the ocean but your view is being covered up by the huge buildings that are producing so much smoke it's amazing anyone can still breathe. The big ocean such a beautiful shade of blue as huge waves deny any boats of soaring around freely and any surfers their right to shred each and every single wave in sight.
And finally, you've reached your destination.
