My High School Crush/Princeton

New School & New Friends

I walked into this new school and I Immediately walked straight to the office so I wouldn't get stumbled by anyone. As I was in the office I asked the Lady for my schedule and she asked me what my name was so I told her my name was Camari Lee Reyes, she then handed me my schedule. As I started to walk out I realized that I was a new student and this was a new school so I walked back to the desk and said " Excuse me but I'm a new student so I don't know where to go" she then said " I have a great person who could show you around, his name is Jacob" and as she said that I sat down and waited for her to get a student to show me around. She got on the intercom and said "Jacob Perez to the front office, Jacob Perez to the front office". After she said that I saw a guy with a Afro walk through the door, he was probably about 5'4 same height as me, he was talking to the lady then he walked over to me and introduced his self.. he said "Hello, my name is Jacob but you can call me Princeton" I then introduced myself, "Hi Princeton, My name is Camari and I'm a new student here". Princeton seemed like the quiet type.. when he introduced his self he was so quiet and seemed shy, I couldn't see his facial expression because he had on shades. I asked myself "who wears sun glasses inside?" Eh, I may never find out, I don't even know one thing about this school, so you think I know what all these people are about? Ha No.

"So you're new here?" Jacob said in a quiet tone.

"Yes" I responded.

but then before he could say anything else I asked him something..

"Hey Princeton why are you so quiet and shy?" I asked.

"Um I don't know" He said.

"Oh, can you take your glasses off, so I can feel some kind of connection between us aha" I said

He then took his glasses off and I nearly fainted, this dude was gorgeous. I mean the hair and all, pretty eyes, curly cute hair, This kid was the definition of Perfect.

"Hey Um Camari, Can I see your schedule" He asked in a quiet voice.

"Sure" I said as I handed him my schedule, he then took it from my hands and started reading it. Looks like you've got first hour with me which is Science, but I will show you, your locker first. "Follow me" he said. I followed him and he directed me to my locker, I opened it and put all of my belonging in it, then I left out my science things because Jacob said we had science first. I got done and I tapped Jacob on the shoulder to let him know I was finished. As we were walking there was a group of boys that came our way, one called me cute and the other one called me sexy, I didn't know what to think of them because it was my first day of school. While they were there, they started to push Jacob and call him names. Me being the nice person I am, I had to break it up.. Pretty girls aren't always mean. I just don't understand why people bully this kid.. He has a face of an angel and doesn't bother a single student in this school, but now I see why he's so quiet around people.. Hm Maybe I can make him open up to me. By the time I broke it up the principal was already on the scene and directed me to take Jacob to the nurse. I went to where he directed me to go and took Jacob to the nurse. Of course I still had to go to my class, and because of the fight I missed first hour so now I have to go find my way to second hour.

I went back to the office to tell the lady what happened and she looked hurt and sad, so I didn't say much more after that. She then went to the intercom and called another person, this person was a girl and you could tell by her name. Her name was paislee. Paislee walked into the room and she went to the desk and asked the lady what she was here for and the lady told her that she needed to show a new student around and pointed to me, then Paislee walked over and greeted me with a smile. "Hey I'm Paislee, what's your name?". "My name is Camari" I said. She then said I had a cool name then we walked out of the office.
