New school

I woke up to the pounding on the door

"Wake up shithead" my step mother scream. I sighed and rolled out of bed peeking through to see if she left.

Today is the day im leaving for boarding school. No more stepmother, no more the past, basically no more anything. It's gonna be a new beginning

I walked over to the bathroom and brushed my brown wavy hair, brushed my teeth and washed my face. Before grabbing my luggage and heading down the stairs

Making my way down I heard my stepmother yelling on the phone like always. I sighed tracing my figures around the picture frames of my father and mother as a single tear rolls down my face.

I quickly wipe it and continue walking, yes there is a lot of stairs.

"Took you long enough" the high pitched voice filled my ears
"I'm sorry mam, just getting my stuff" I said sitting down on the counter

" get off, your ride is here" she said throwing me an rotten apple
I rolled my eyes and got up "goodbye your highness" isn't she lovely?

I got in the car with a middle age women who wore wayyy to much make up. During the ride she told me about the school and the kids. I didn't think it was to bad but once I got their my whole opinion changed
