special chapter 3 - wedding

Five long years had passed since the three friends entered college. 

YoonSeo had finally started dating the one she had quietly loved for many years — JunHee. Their relationship began the day they met and realized that there was no point in wasting time on doubts and hesitations. Not without the help of Soojin and KyungJoon, who literally pushed them to talk, but at the same time pretended that they had done nothing.

The sunny morning was especially beautiful in the summer. Soojin, stretching her arms to the sky, went out into the yard. The two-story house that her boyfriend had bought her as a gift for their fifth anniversary, majestically peeked out from behind the tall trees. It was a spacious area, quiet and secluded, far from the bustle of the city — exactly how she dreamed.

Sometimes they even joked that this place looked like Dracula's castle.

Her gaze fell on the pool, where four dogs were splashing around happily, and four cats were sitting peacefully on the ground, watching their four-legged friends having fun. The homeless animals they had taken in and given shelter to this house had quickly gotten used to their new life in a few months and were no longer afraid of the horrors of this world.

This filled Soojin with joy — she had always dreamed of such a cozy corner with furry friends.

Suddenly, Kyungjoon slowly walked out of the house. His face was filled with excitement; he took a deep breath, collecting his thoughts. Approaching Soojin, he placed his hand on her shoulder to get her attention. She turned around, and at that moment, he dropped to one knee, stretching his arms out in front of him and opening a beautiful box with a ring.

Soojin froze in surprise when she saw the sparkling diamond ring.

"Cho Soojin," Kyungjoon began, his voice trembling with excitement.

"When I first saw you, you looked like you could destroy everything with just one look. You came to our school and everyone went crazy over your beauty and strength. When our eyes met for the first time, I felt my heart beat faster. I'll be honest, I was scared of you at first — you could easily beat up anyone who got in your way..."

KyungJoon closed his eyes for a moment, as if trying to collect his thoughts, and then continued, "I remember our first conversation. It was also scary: you put me in my place. I was a bully and never understood what it was like to be humiliated. And I'm grateful to you for changing me and my thinking."

"I regret the times when I did bad things that caused our paths to diverge," he added with sincerity in his voice, "But our first meeting, our first conversation, our first fight, and our first kiss changed my life. I will forever be grateful to you for coming into my life."

KyungJoon coughed, gathering his courage, "Cho Sujin. Will you marry me?"

Sujin was completely shocked by such a proposal. She nodded quickly and happily exclaimed, "Yes! Of course I will marry you, silly!" 

At that moment, she extended her hand forward, and KyungJoon carefully placed the ring on her finger. Without a second's hesitation, the girl threw herself into his arms. KyungJoon hugged her tightly, his arms securely wrapped around her back. 

They stood like that for a few moments, as if the whole world around them had disappeared — only the two of them and their happiness remained. As if at that moment, all doubts and fears dissolved into thin air, leaving only love and hope for a future together.

In a quiet corner of nature, where the delicate scents of flowers and the whisper of leaves create an atmosphere of magic, SooJin and KyungJoon's wedding took place. They chose a magnificent garden, immersed in greenery and flowers, where each place seemed to be created to capture this special moment.

The garden was decorated with bright flowers — roses, lilies and tulips, which harmoniously combined with each other, creating picturesque compositions. 

The trees spread their branches over the altar, giving the ceremony privacy and protection. The leaves moved due to the wind, and the sun's rays broke through the foliage, creating a soft light that added romance to the atmosphere.

Against the backdrop of this luxurious place, the sunset slowly descended, painting the sky in warm shades of orange and pink. The sun, setting behind the horizon, seemed to bless the newlyweds, giving them its last rays of light. This moment was filled with magic — it was as if time stood still.

Soojin and Kyungjoon stood at the altar, their eyes meeting. Happiness and tenderness were visible in their eyes. Soojin was wearing a gorgeous wedding dress that flowed over her figure like water in a stream. Kyungjoon looked elegant in a classic suit, his confidence and kindness shining from within.

They exchanged vows, the words of which were full of love and promises. Every sound reminded them that they had found not only love in each other, but also true friendship. Family and friends gathered around them, watching this touching moment with awe.

"Cho Soojin, I will be forever grateful to you for coming into my life. You changed me and gave me something I could not even dream of — love. It was you who allowed me to become part of the people who shine with happiness when they see those they love deeply. I want us to be together always and forever. I want to be with you in the next life. In all next lives!"

Kyungjoon gently squeezed Soojin's hand, who looked like she was holding back tears. In this touching moment, he could feel their hearts beating in unison.

Soojin coughed, collecting her thoughts, and finally said, "Go Kyungjoon, I don't say many words, but at this moment... I am happy. Thank you for allowing me to experience such deep feelings and emotions. Meeting you was the best moment of my life. I hope that in my next lives, you will be my husband!"

Kyungjoon slowly tilted his head down, pressing his palm to his wife's cheek. His eyes closed as their lips met in a slow but beautiful dance. This kiss was full of tenderness and love, and warmth and support emanated from their bodies. Their hands trembled slightly from excitement, because this moment was so meaningful to both of them.

At this beautiful moment, applause and joyful cries from the guests rang out in the air. The sunset painted the sky in warm shades of orange and pink, and the evening symphony of nature began to sound in all its glory. The garden was filled with soft candlelight and flickering lights, creating an atmosphere of coziness and warmth.

Soojin and Kyungjoon's wedding turned into more than just a ceremony, but a real celebration of love and unity that will forever remain in the hearts of everyone present. Each guest felt like a part of this magical moment filled with happiness, joy and hope for a brighter future.

Soojin and Kyungjoon went through many trials and difficulties to finally find themselves where they always dreamed of — next to each other. Their path was not always easy: they faced doubts, overcame obstacles and looked for their place in the world.
