I ran through the woods as the wind blew my fur, it was my first time sifting and oh did it feel good! I howled at the full moon as my two good friends followed close behind me, Claire let out a truly terrifying howl, while Janet raced past her in silence. Our fun soon came to an end when we reached the end of the forest, where me house was. We shape shifted back and laughed about how Janet had ran into a tree, and when Claire got smacked in the face with a loose branch. We opened the door and walked into the house.

"Hey mom, we just went out for a run," I said letting out a small giggle.

"Sweet heart, my father and I have something to tell you," she looked up at me and stopped cutting the vegetables she was just preparing for dinner.

My father cleared his voice and took a deep breathe, "we are moving." He turned around and began to walk out f the room.

"Say what?!" I slammed my fist into the counter.

"Don't worry, the pack is moving with us, so you are still a leader." My mom said reassuringly.

I felt my face turn red with anger, "ok then! I'm gonna go pack up my room, the one with all my memories in it!" Am racing up the steps with Claire and Janet close behind me.

As I was walking I was staring at the floor, and then I abruptly fell, it felt like I hit a wall, but it was only Chris, my big brother.

"What is it now Christofer?" He hated it when I called him by his real name, but he knew I hated it when people called me nick names.

"Nothing much Nick." He had a wide smirk on his face.

"It's Niki! Now get out of my way, that's an order!" I growled, and he stepped aside. I love being alpha.
As we walked past I swore I saw him wink at Claire, but she would never like him right? He is a grade A jerk. So it couldn't be.
We walked down the hallway and opened my door and began packing. An hour had passed and we where now watching a Adam Sandler movie when I heard a knock on the door.

"Come in," I shouted not sure who it was. The door swung open and my father stood there.

"Are you all packed up," he looked around my empty room, the only thing left was the iPad we where watching the movie on.

"Yep," I simply replied looking back at the movie.

"Ok, so bring your boxes down and put them in the van, time to go." He left.
I said my good byes, and remembered they where moving next to me too. So I wasn't to sad.

We pulled up to the new house, the neighbor hood was called Fox Wood Creek. Hmm... I liked it here.
The house had already been set up, all that was left was my room. I walked up the first stair case and looked at the rooms, none where perfect. Then I saw a second stair case, probably to the attic. I walked up the stairs to find myself in a very large, nice looking room. It had a large open living room in the middle, over to the right was the bathroom and walk in closet with a back wall just waited to be painted by me, and over to the left was a hidden section, a little nook in the wall that I could fit my bed into, so I did, I put my old white sofa in the living section and set up my tv stand/book and shelving area on the other wall that faced my new art wall, I put up white ruffle shower curtains and laid down a fuzzy white rug infringe of my sofa, I also put two little white, soft, chairs on both sides of the couch. I put my mini fridge in the corner next to the tv and stocked it with chips and soda. My room was perfect, and so was my life.

I hung all my clothes up and picked an outfit out that I should wear to school the next day. I chose a simple pair of slim, grey jean leggings, grey high tops, a white tank top, and red and black plaid shirt that I tied around my waist. I brushed out my naturally purple red hair and slipped into bed, I hadn't noticed it was so late but I guess it was. I fell asleep and then as soon as I knew it was the next day, I was tired.

"Good morning Niki!" I yawned to myself seeing my fave in the mirror.
I got dressed and brushed out my naturally purplish hair and brushed my teeth, I was ready for anything. I rubbed my bright blue eyes as I checked the time, if I didn't hurry I would be late. So I grabbed my bag, my hat, and my jacket and raced out the door saying good bye to all of my family.
