Lani sits in the shade, while her brother, and sister, play four square. She was never the energetic type. She would just sit around and read. Read! READ! Book after book she was the smartest six year old in school, but also the shortest. All the kids would laugh at her, and make fun of her but later would they find out the, nightmare she would become.
Day, after day, after day, all her anger would build. It was one thing that wouldn't go away, it just kept progressing. Then one day she went wild. Haidee the school bully, walked up to her, and said, "Are you just a really smart baby?" She took it as a compliment until she said. "Why do you even come to school, no one wants you here! You midget!" She said it so loud it caught all the kids attention. When all the kids starting laughing Fern, Haidee's partner in crime.
