I couldn't go to bed on an empty stomach, that's why I was here, late night shopping for snacks at a nearby convenience store. I picked up some instant noodles and a chocolate bar. I payed for my stuff and left. I live alone in a small house a couple blocks away from the convenience store. I walk quickly home, trying to avoid any creeps, but instead I failed. My head collided into a massive chest. I back up and look up to a man with white hair and a long white robe, with a red mask on, there's a huge gash across his stomach with blood oozing out all over him. I hear men yell in the distance, I panicked and pulled his arm to a dark alleyway, taking a shortcut to my house.
Once we arrive at my house I noticed that the man looked a little out of it. I unlocked my door and pushed him to the living room and I hurried into the bathroom to look for my emergency kit. While I was searching for the emergency kit, I thought about how that this man is a stranger to me, but for some reason it didn't stop me from helping him. Finding the kit I hurry back into the living room where he's lying down on the ground next to the coffee table. I lay everything out on the table and struggle a bit taking off his robe but I manage to get it off and his mask. Underneath his robe he wore a black tank top and gray boxers, slightly rolling up his ripped tank top up his toned chest I noticed that his wound was already starting to heal. 'What the?' I thought to myself. 'This isn't humanly possible. Unless..'
My eyes widen. 'A ghoul?!' My mind went blank for a few minutes until he started to cough up some blood. I snapped back into reality. Without thinking about what race he is, I started to clean up his blood and wound. Then I started to sew his wound up, and wrap it up after. By the time I was done he was fast asleep. I cut off his ruined tank top. There was no way I could've taken it off normally. I didn't touch his boxers and I didn't know if he would want to keep his also ruined robe. So I threw away his ruined things. I washed my hands and walk to my bedroom to search my dresser for one of my really baggy t-shirts. Luckily enough, I found one for him, I put it out on the coffee table for him to wear when he wakes up.
After cleaning up the living room I started to get hungry and decided to make myself some instant noodles. Sitting at the two-person table, I look out the window, thinking about why I did that all for a stranger.
