I heard giggling and laughing from above. I rolled my eyes as they float above me - same old, same old.
In a blink of an eye, I was dragged up the sky. I did not shriek, I wasn't scared, not even surprised. They would always play tricks on me. By they, I mean everybody except Mother and Father, my siblings and the King.
Then the force suddenly left me and for all I know, I'm falling from the sky - a hundred feet on te stratosphere. As I near the ground, watched as the two satellites glow brighter every second.
I gently let my feet touch the ground, making the person who dragged me up feel confused. I continued walking by my bare feet as the passersby continue their journey. Unlike me, they float. This happens every day, so no one is really surprised if I just get tossed up.
Feeling the soft brittle sand against the palm of my feet, I looked around to see everyone entering their houses. The sky, transforming from light blue to yellow orange; the wind breeze from singing a song to humming lullabies. It's almost night time.
I was startled by a baby turtle dove flying across my face as I walked up to our front door. I tilted my head for a little bit to the side and muttered, "oblivion."
Oblivion was the password for our front door to be opened.
The layer of a golden brown oak trunk we call the door slowly creaked open, and the noise from my brothers and sister was instantly heard.
"Stop your fighting!" Mother shouted as magic dust puffed into the air. The noise was immediately quieted and the house fell silent - only the cries of my baby sister remained audible. The door closed as I walked through the dark narrow hall and into the living room.
I glanced at Blythe and Ned, my two little brothers. They were sitting on the couch with shut lips due to my Mother's magic.
I smiled at Mother as she hushed the baby and sat beside the twins.
"I'll be in my room," I said quietly.
She looked at me and smiled warmly, "supper is almost done."
I nodded and continued to walk up the big oak tree's stairs to my room.
Oak trees are the traditional houses here in Osmium and that tradition hasn't fade yet.
As I reach my small room, I locked my door and put a counterspell so no one could open it from the outside.
I went over to my closet and grabbed my bag, wrapping it in invisibility spell.
I sighed and thought this through over again.
I'm tired of keeping quiet and letting other wizards and witch to play tricks on me yet I don't want to use my magic to fit in. To add another problem, the Prince is tracking me down because I was different which resulted to girls hating on me and playing dirtier tricks on me.
I've made up my mind. I'm leaving. And when they catch me and imprison me and take my magic, it wouldn't affect me at any way.
I made my way to the window, floating. I passed the fields and yards cautiously. I made it out of the Kingdom gates stealthily with my bag slung over my shoulder still invisible.
As I was getting near the forest that surrounded the Kingdom, something exploded and everything went black. I was dropped to the ground harshly, and at the same time I released a loud ear piercing shriek for I can't bear to hold in the pain that was shot at me.
