Chapter 1(The start)

Kasity pov

As I kept reading the 5 page essay I just finished for class in the morning I kept looking next to me to make sure Anthony was sleep.
Anthony is my 2 year old son.
I had him 2 years ago when I was 16.
That moment I found out when I was pregnant by him was the most reckless moment of my life.
But I don't regret it.
Cause God blessed me with an amazing baby boy .
I remember when I told Anthony father that I was pregnant.....

Flashback:

As I parked in front of August house I took a deep breath still shedding tears from what I found out earlier.
Lately I've been throwing up and been a little changing in body wise.
I remember me and August had sex about 4 weeks ago and made me a little suspicious .
I took a pregnancy test that my friend Teyana bought for me 4 times.
And it said yes 4 times.
I couldn't believe it.
I wanted to go to college for dancing.
I had dreams.
August got a record deal to Dej jams records yesterday .
I found out from his cousin peanut.
He called me earlier and told me to come over.
That's why I'm here now .
Figured I should tell him.
I took one more last breath before I exited the car.
The closer I got to August door step the closer it made me nervous.
I saw his cousin peanut and his friend Jamal on the front porch smoking.
Peanut was like my little brother even though he older then me.
And Jamal was my bestfriend.
Me and August messed around from time to time.
He asked me out but I didn't wanna ruin our friendship.
One night me and August came back to my house.
One thing led to another and we were both naked the next morning.
It was awkward after but we kept our cool.
Now I'm here.
As I approached Jamal and peanut they both smiled.

Peanut:aye Kk wassuh?

Jamal:you ight??

I knew they knew something was wrong but i just shook my head.
They left it alone.

Kasity:August here??

Peanut:yea hold up

Peanut ran into the house followed by Jamal.
I sat down on the porch with my face buried into my hands.
After a couple minutes I felt someone hug me from behind.
I gave him a weak smile as he sat down beside me smiling.

August:guess you heard the news huh?(smiling)

I nodded still looking down at the ground.

August:you ight??

I took a deep breath but I couldn't kept myself together....I broke down crying.
August wrapped his arms around me.

August:tell me you know you can tell me anything...

I just spit it out without hesitation.

Kasity:I'm pregnant....

As I said that August arm moved quick and his head was in his hands.
It was quiet for a couple seconds till August spoke.

August:you sure it's mine??

As August said that I stood up wanting to smack him.

Kasity:you took my virginity August and you know that....you know I ain't sleep or been with no Otha nigga then you

August:all them niggas that be wanting to get with you I know you smashed them

I can't believe he was saying this to me.

Kasity:so that don't mean nun August

August : funny how when I get a record deal you wanna put this shit on me.... You want my money huh??Ill pay for the abortion but that's it

As he said that I punched him in his chest.
He then grabbed both my hands and slammed me against his front door.

Kasity:you know what.....FUCK YOU AUGUST....ME AND MY BABY DONT NEED YOU.....

And I pushed him off me and walked off letting the tears fall down my cheek....

Flashback over:

Yep that's what happened.
I'm not gone lie I still cry when I think about it but then again I can't changed what happened.
The more I look at Anthony he looks more and more like his dad.
I be seeing August on tv all the time.
Fuck him though.
As I kept reviewing my home work my door bell to my house rung.
I quickly ran to get it before they ring it again to wake Anthony .
As I got to the door I opened it to see Teyana.

Teyana:hey boo

Kasity:hey boo

Teyana:look I know your studying but boss told me to come down and get you...he needs you at the strip club to night because it's celeb night and they paying big money.

As she said that I rolled my eyes.
I work at night at a strip club called king of diamonds.
It pays a lot of money.
I'm just working there to get college money so I can go for dancing .
See I made a promise after Anthony was born I'll go back to school.
But I had to have a job also to pay for a house over our heads and food.
Stripping was easy money.
I didn't have anybody to watch Anthony for me.

Kasity:who's going to watch Anthony ?

Teyana:ask your mom

I ran to the kitchen and grabbed the house phone.
I dialed my mom.

Katty(Kasity mom):hello(sleepy voice)

Kasity:mom can you watch Anthony for me??

Katty:you do realize I was sleep

Kasity:at 8:00pm mom??

Katty:yes child.... And why you gotta work at that damn club tonight??

Kasity:please don't start

My mom and dad never forgave me for being pregnant at 16 especially working at the strip club.

Katty:ight bring my baby over here

Kasity:thank you

I hung the phone up.
I went to go get my things together.....
