I walked into West High school, in Los Angeles. My best friend Emma MCallaster walked up to greet me. It was a Monday morning, it was a warm September day.
        "Hey." she said.
"Hey." I replied, trying to sound upbeat, it didn't work.
"Grumpy mood?" she asked. I nodded, "I knew that already bae, I can read your mind." she joked. I smiled, then spun the combination to my locker, I opened it and set my stuff inside. Then I walked around with Emma until the bell rang.
"Oh my God, did you see Jack and Jack perform?" she asked, excitedly.
"Nope." I said, dull. She tried to hide her frown,
"Oh, okay." she responded. She pushed back her blonde strands of hair out of her face. The bell rang, we walked back to our lockers, they were right next to each other. I grabbed my math folder, she was heading to English,
        "Have fun." I grumbled, sarcastically.
"Ha, yeah right." she replied, sarcastically. I headed down the hall, and into Ms. Lake's classroom. I sat down, next to this really annoying girl Lily. She talked non-stop about boys and what her life was.
        "Hey Sara." she greeted me.
"Hi." I said, trying to sound bored.
"How was your weekend? Did you know.." she started to say..then it was just noise after that. I didn't pay much attention to what she was saying, before she could asked me another question, Ms. Lake walked in.
"Good morning!" she said, always cheery. A couple of the goody two shoe people responded, the rest said nothing. Ms. Lake got out her things, and class started. 'Happy Monday to me.' I thought, making a face.
5th hour was now done, it was lunchtime, thank god. I sat down next to Mackenzie, she and I usually got lunch at school, but this time we brought ours. I bit into my ham sandwich,
"God, I hate Mondays." she groaned.
"I know!" I complained, agreeing with her. "Are you walking home after school today?" I asked.
"Nope, I have Volleyball practice, sorry." she shrugged, answering back, I nodded. I guess you would say, I didn't have many close friends, but I have lots of friends, Emma was my only close friend though. The bell rang, "Time to go back." Emma moaned. I zipped up my lunch, and walked to our lockers, and to choir, that we had together.
The day ended, finally. I said goodbye to Emma, and headed outside. It was sunny and blue sky, I walked down the sidewalk, and walked down Hayes st. I saw old women walking their little fat dogs, nerds and geeks from our school, then there was this guy. He had a dark hoodie on, his head was pointed down to the sidewalk. I kept walking, he was across from me, so there was no way he was going to run into me at all, no worries. I kept walking, hearing the clinking of my key chains bang into each other, I pulled out my phone, our of my back shorts pocket. I checked the time, 2:36pm, mom had texted me.
'Your father and I are working late, see you at 6:00.' she texted, I texted back,
'Okay.' then went onto Instagram, funny how it was, I have 5,000 virtual friends, and only 10% I actually knew. I kept scrolling and scrolling, there was a post of a girl in my grade, Jade and her boyfriend kissing. 'I mean, how would you take a picture of that? That's just stupid.' I thought. I exited out of Instagram and onto Twitter, no one had tweeted much, then I smacked right into someone, falling to the ground.
"What the hell......" I said. Then a warm hand clasped over my mouth, I tried to sceam.
"Shhhhh, please be quiet." it was a male voice, he pulled me into the forest. I tried to wiggle out of his grasp, he was too strong though. Finally he said, "Okay, please, I'm just trying to hide, until they're all gone, okay. Please be quiet." he pleaded.
"Hide from what?" I asked, annoyed.
"From screaming girls. I love my fans..but-" I cut his sentence off,
"Yeah yeah, your fans, I just asked what, not why. I won't tell, now let me go!" I said. Smacking his arm, he let go. I turned and ran before he could catch me,
"Wait!" he called out, I didn't listen, I kept running and running and running. I didn't know that I had just ran into Shawn Mendes, what an idiot I was.....
I ran until I got home, I dumped my backpack and laptop of the dining room floor, and was greeted by Sam, our golden retriever.
"Hey Sam! How are you?" I sighed. "Glad you had a better day then me, school, then almost getting mugged by a crazy dude." I responded. Sam licked my fingertips, then let me pet him, and scratch his ears. Finally, I finished my Spanish, Math, and English homework. I sat down on my bed, and texted Emma.
'Hey, almost got mugged.' I texted, she immediately responded.
        'Mugged?! By who?' she replied.
'Don't exactly know... He said he was hiding from his fans, but he held onto me, and wouldn't let me go. When he did, I bolted.' I answered.
'Phew, good. Wouldn't be great to start off the week getting mugged or kidnapped.' she said, with a winky face. I smiled,
        'Yeah.'
'Well, have to go, homework time!' she said, with an angry face. I laughed, then turned off my phone, it was 5:43, I started to make dinner. I decided we were going to have spaghetti and meatballs with garlic bread. I waited for the noodles to boil, then cooked the rest, when dad and mom came home, the house was filled with delicious smells.
"Mmmmm, smells delicious Sar." Dad said, using my nickname.
"Thanks." I replied, setting the plates, napkins, and forks on the table. Mom soon came home after that.
"Mmmm, I'm starving." she cried out.
"I made spaghetti and meatballs, and garlic bread." I repeated again. 10 minutes later, we were eating dinner.
"This is delicious Sar." mom exclaimed, gobbling up the garlic bread.
"Thanks." I smiled. After dinner, I was wondering if I should tell my parents that I almost got mugged, 'Nah, they probably already have a lot to worry about.' I thought, so I ignored the thought, and watched t.v. I went to bed late, around 11:00ish, I texted Kenzie,
        'Night.' with 'z' emojis.
'Good night.' she texted back, and I soon drifted off to sleep.
