________
Week later
_________
The whole week has been the same everyday. I do a little bit of the puzzle Aaron gave me, do the chores, and my personal favorite; planning a way out of this place. By now I know his whole daily schedule. At eight he comes to the kitchen for breakfast, then he leaves until ten thirty. During the time he's gone should be enough for me to leave.
If only things were that easy. But no. When he leaves he always locks the door behind him. Leaving me in this place like a caged animal. While being cooped up in a place all by myself I came up with a brilliant idea. Yesterday I asked Aaron to buy me some new hair and nail supplies. He told me he'll get me everything they have of what I want. Little does he know that I could use that stuff to escape.
I go down stairs to eat breakfast with him. I'm careful about not letting him find out about my plan. "Good morning, master," it's hard saying this so causally. Truthfully I still hate calling him master. That's why I don't talk very often to him. Aaron smiles widely at me. Making it obvious that he's proud of me. I hold back my gag.
"Good morning, Darling," he nods in approval.
Bet he wouldn't be so proud of he knew why I'm doing this. I walk over to the counters to grab the pancakes I made him. I stifle a laugh as he takes a bite. I had sprinkled hot sauce into the pancake batter. Another part of the plan so I have a chance to seem trusting. Although he already seems to trust me. I just can't take any chances. "H-hot!" He yells frantically. I hurried over to the fridge to grab the milk. I pour him a little glass and hand it to him. "Milk, Peter?"
I had done it. I called him Peter without gagging. This has to be a whole new record for me. Aaron looks at me with new eyes. Some part of me feels guilty, but most of me doesn't care about what I just did. When he's done drinking the milk he thanks me. I nod my head telling him I understand him.
"Have to go. I love you, Wendy." Liar. Okay I can say it. This is the biggest part of getting him to trust me. Just say it! I mentally yell. "I l-love you, Peter,"Crap, I stuttered. But Aaron doesn't notice me stuttering. I sigh lightly. Aaron hugs me, causing me to freeze up in his arms. Then he leaves out the door.
I need to wait at least five minutes before trying to escape. 1...2...3...4...5 minutes. Finally, now I can put my plan into action. I run hurriedly to the bathroom. Rummaging through the hair and nail supplies. Trying to find my nail file and a bobby pin. After about ten minutes I find a bobby pin. Great now ask I need to find is a nail filer. Please keep in mind that Aaron bought all of the hair and nail supplies.
Eventually I was able to find the nail filer. It only took me half an hour. I fun to the door and start messing with my bobby pin. I stripped it off its paint, making it sharp. I twisted the bobby pin in the key hole. Then slipped the skinny nail filer in between the door. With great effort the door actually opened. I hadn't really thought it would work, but I also didn't think it would set of an alarm. "Oops."
I run out side only to run into a body. Please don't be Aaron, please, please, please- my thoughts are interrupted, " get in the house, Wendy!" Whoa Aaron sounds really mad. Before I get a chance to run Aaron grabs my arm. "Help! Someone! Please help me!" I start yelling. Aaron's hand comes flying over my mouth. I do the only think I could; I bite his chubby hand and run!
But I don't get to far because unfortunately for me Aaron's a good runner. He grabs hold of me and shoves me back into the house. With me crying and screaming for help. Aaron glares at me in side the house, "how could you deceive me? You love me!" At that I snap. "Because I don't love you!"
Aaron goes out side. Is he going to kill me now? When he's out of sight I run back outside. Maybe this isn't thesmartest idea, but I can't let him kill me. I keep running until I run into another person. Wait, it's Aaron. With out thinking I raise my fist and punch him. He glares at me and tries to grab me again. To bad for him that I was already running away from him. To bad for me he's a good runner.
Aaron jumps and tackles me onto the cold, hard ground. I let out a small whimper. "Let. Me. Go!" I demand. He just chuckles darkly. He pulls something out of his pocket slowly. Oh no, it's a gun. He's going to shoot and kill me. I messed up big this time... wait, what? I notice is not a gun, but instead a collar...? He reaches out and snaps it onto my neck.
"If you try to escape or take that off it will shock you," he tells me angrily. But he continues, "the more you try to escape the worse the shock will get." I suck in my breath. Is there any way I could get him to take this horrific thing off of my neck. Then Aaron grabs my arm and starts pulling me to the door, "time for your punishment."
