Chapter Two- Diagon Alley

*Hermione's POV*

We appeared in Diagon Alley through flu powder and we were all coughing by the time we got there.
"Ok we'll split up, Ginny and Hermione, you girls go have fun and I'll take Ron and Harry," said Mrs. Weasley. We split up and Ginny and I went to Madam Malkin's Robe Shop. And while we were browsing the aisles I felt a wierd pickling on the back of my neck I turned around and looked straight into the grey blue eyes of none other than "Slytherin Prince" Draco Malfoy. He was leaning against the wall staring intently at me. I looked away when I realized Ginny was talking to me
" think I should get this one you know it goes with my eyes...."
But I wasn't listening all I could think about was those perfect eyes, and that platinum blonde hair, and those perfect eyebrows, and....
Ginny snapped in my face and I jumped out of my daze.
"I asked you a question like, three times!" She says kind of annoyed.
"sorry, I just... sorry." I said. Ginny stared at me,
"Are you sure your ok?" She asks me.
"Yeah, I'm fine!" I said putting on a smile but on the inside I was kind of nervous. I mean, why was MALFOY staring at me? I put this question aside as we went to pay.
Suddently, I felt a tap on my shoulder. I turn around to see Malfoy standing behind me, he is holding out my Head Girl badge.
"You dropped something," he says smirking at me.
I take it out of his hand and mutter a small thanks and then Ginny and I leave the store to go and meet everyone at The Leaky Cauldron.

*Draco's POV*

I am browsing through the aisles when Weaselette walks in towing none other than Hermione Granger with her.
Wow, man has she changed, instead of the bushy hair that I'm used to she now has perfect loose curls. And instead of buck teeth she has beautiful pearly whites that line up perfectly. Her outfit is tight ripped skinny jeans with a flirty white top that stopped just above her belly button. The bold red letters on the front say NORMAL IS BORING I was really not expecting this. She suddenly turns around and catches my eyes. I just stare right back into her beautiful chocolate brown eyes. She looks away when Weaselette starts saying something, but I can tell she still is not entirely focused. Finally the annoying little Weaselette snaps in her face and she jumps. She's really cute when she looks suprised.they go up to the register and something falls out of her purse. She hasn't noticed so I go over and pick it up, it's a Head Girl badge. I am suprised for a second but then I realize who else would get it if not her she is known as the smartest witch of her age. I tap her shoulder and she turns around
"You dropped something," I say with my famous smirk.
She takes it out of my hand and mutters a small thanks. I watch them as they walk out of the door and down the street. A slow smile spreads on my face. I now know exactly what I'm going to do this year.
Make Hermione Granger mine.
