"Come along,Justin." Ryan called from the car window. I smiled and gave him a wave before heading toward the car. I saw Lynn and Ryan running down the street. Ryan laughed as he spead past Lynn. Lynn frowned, and reached out for his shirt, trying to pull him back.
"Un-fair!" Lynn yelled as she ran up beside Ryan. "You cheated!"
Ryan rolled his eyes, and looked at me. "You leavin?"
I nodded, and smiled. "But don't worry, bro. I'll be back." Ryan gave me a smile, and nodded.
"I'll be looking forward to it." as he said that, my mom walked by, her suitcase tipping over to the right as she made her way down to the car. Ryan ran over the help her, and I looked at Lynn.
"I guess this is goodbye." she said, smiling.
I shook my head. "Naw. I'll see you when I get back." Lynn shook her head also, a sad look on her face.
"I live in the USA, Justin. I'm leaving today also." she responded, a sad look. "I'll miss you."
I snorted. "Won't you miss Ryan more?" Lynn gave me a shocked look.
"Gross no." she said, laughing. "I can see him anytime I'd like." She smiled.
I smiled back, and gave her a hug. "I'll be sure to text you, so we don't go off forgotten." Lynn giggled, and nodded.
"I'll be looking forward to that." she said, mimicking her cousin as he came jogging back. He gave Lynn a look, and rolled his eyes.
"Justin." My mom called from the car. "Time to go." I nodded, and gave Ryan and Lynn one last hug before jumping into the car, and driving off towards the airport.
After getting our airplane tickets, and getting our seats on the plane, my mom and Ryan started playing some game with cards. At first I was watching, but eventually I was bored with watching my mom loose to Ryan, so I looked forward, and starred at the seat infront of me.
The flight attendent asked if I wanted anything and I shook my head. As she walked off, I realized I was thirsty, and got up to go get her back. As I did, I tripped. I looked at my feet, making sure my shoes weren't untied, and then realized I didn't have shoe laces in the first place.
I could hear someone giggling in the seat above me, and I poked my head to see who it was. There was a girl sitting near the window, her head gazing outside. I got up, dusted myself off, and kept on walking.
I must have just tripped over my own foot. I thought. I found the flight attendent, and asked for a glass of water.
"Sure thing, Mr. Bieber." she said. I gave her a smile.
"Please," I said. "Mr. Bieber's my father, just call me Justin, Vicki." I said, reading the name tag on her shirt. She giggled, her face turning slightly pink.
"I'll get your water for you, Justin." she said, and ran off, fetching the water. As I passed the seat with the girl who was giggling at me, I noticed she was watching me pass by. I looked at her, and smiled.
"Selena?" I asked, laughing. I stopped in the middle of the asle. She smiled, and nodded.
"Hey there, Mr. Bieber." she said, playfully. She must have overheard Vicki calling me that. I walked over to her, and took a seat in the empty seat next to her.
"What are you doing here?" I asked, smiling.
"Same thing you are. Going to Atlanta." she smiled back.
I nodded. "Cool." I saw Vicki walk over to my seat with a glass of water, and I got up.
"Guess that's my cue to leave." I said, laughing. "Good to see you, Selena." I added. She smiled as I walked over to my seat.
"Hey there, Vicki." I greeted. She jumped, spilling some of the water onto my jacket that sat in my seat. Her eyes grew wider than the moon.
"I'm so sorry, Mr. Bieber. I mean Justin. It was a mistake." she placed the water onto the cupholder on the side of the seat, and rushed towards the front. I saw Selena laughing her head off in her seat as she waved at me.
I waved too, and Vicki came running from the front, millions of napkins in hand. She began dabbing on my jacket. Ryan and my mom paused their game to watch Vicki clean up her small mess. Her face was gettin redder and redder as she dabbed more and more.
"Hey, hey, Vicki." I said, placing my hands on her shoulders. She looked up, and then looked back at the mess.
"Im...I..." she stopped, and ran off towards the front, her face redder than a brand new stop sign. I felt bad for her, and cleaned up the napkin mess. As I walked to the front, I went on another search for Vicki.
I saw her trying to get together a plate of food for one of the passengers. I tapped her shoulder, and she looked up. Once again, her face grew red, and she looked away.
"I'm sorry about your jacket, Mr. Bie-I mean Jusitn." she corrected herself, and I smiled.
"Hey, it's cool. I got plenty more where that came from." I said. "You didn't have to freak out. I wasn't gonna get mad or anything."
Vicki laughed nervously, and looked back up at me. "Really?"
I laughed. "Yea. Why'd you think I'd get mad about that?"
Vicki shrugged. "I've worked this job for about a week, and I've done the whole, spill-alittle-bit-of-water-on-the-jacket thing before, and well, that person cussed me out." she laughed nervously again.
"He wasn't as famous as you, though." she added. "So I thought that, when I spilled the water on your jacket, it'd be ten times worse."
I laughed. "I'm not like most popstars. I don't really care if one of my things get ruiend or whatever."
"Plus," I added. "Like I said, I"ve got plenty where that came from."
Vicki smiled, and looked at her watch. "I better go. Someone's waiting for their dinner." she walked past me, and walked down the asle into the other part of the airplane, out of first class.
I walked back to my seat, and looked at my jacket. Ryan and my mom were still playing cards, but it seemed like my mom was beating Ryan by a little, but it seemed like a lot to my mom.
I took a sip of my water, and sighed, leaning back in my chair. I felt my phone vibrate in my pocket, and I pulled it out. Lynn sent me a text.
Hey there, popstar! Whatcha up to?? was her message. I smiled, and felt that some feeling inside me as I replied to the message.
Flying in a plane. And that's Mr. Popstar to you. lol
I leaned my seat back, and reached down for my pillow. It was alittle early for me to go to sleep, but I wanted to lean back. After getting my pillow, I reached for my I-Touch, and my headphones. I took another sip of water, and leaned back.
As I put my headphones in my ears, Lynn sent a message back.
Oh, so sorry Mr. Popstar.
I rolled my eyes, and sent back a reply, and sighed. For the rest of the plane ride, I texted Lynn, and watched my mom loose to Ryan at a card game.
