First Day | 2

"WILLOW JAYDE DALLAS. GET YOUR
LAZY..."

"CAMERON!"

"Sorry." Someone murmurs.

No.no.no. I am not getting up. That's final. I am not going to the new school to be a useless, ugly nobody. Again. I squint my eyes, wishing to fall back asleep, But of course my wishes never come true. The end of the bed sinks, with a heavy body laying on top of it.

"Wakey wakey eggs and bacon." Cameron whispers into my ear.
"No but like seriously there's bacon and eggs down stairs." He says. At this statement My eyes shoot open and I stare into camerons. I Raise my eyebrows and he nods. I leap out of bed and jump on cam's back. He runs down the hallway at top speed dodging objects in our way.

This is one of the reasons I love Cam. He can be careless at times and when that side comes out his unstoppable! Cam and I have a really strong bond, sibling bond.

I am gasping for air at this point, wait what? Cam's the one running! Ha guess that means I'm a little unfit. Ohh well.
"Dude why are you panting? I was the one running!" Cam laughs and I giggle.

"Okay okay!" I say defensively,
"I'll do tumbling more often to loose weight and earn more skills than you! Guess who got her layout back tuck? WILLOW got her layout back tuck! huh now who's the one embarrassed?" I yell in Cam's face. He just blushes and looks away.

"Wiwwo...dere you are!" A little voice floats through the room. I run up to her and spin her around.

"Maddie! How's my little princess?" I ask bopping her nose.

"Good. How 'bout you sissy?"

"Amazing now that my princess is here!" I say , she giggles.

"Ouch" Cameron says hurt.

"Awe don't worry cammy Poo. Love you, no one can ever replace my big brother!" I say jumping on his back. I rest my head on his shoulder.

"Now you stinky bug, you need to get ready for school." He says. I groan.
"But..."

"No buts Go get ready!" Fine.

So Basically I dragged my feet up the stairs and to my room. I turn the water onto hot and get into the shower.
I do the usual things and hop out of my bathroom.

I stare blankly at my wardrobe, silently begging for a new outfit one that makes an impression. A good one. Cam somehow read my mind and had walked into the room.

"Hey willow, wear that one you wore to the Christmas party!" He says.

I face palm my forehead. Of course why did I not think of this.

My outfit is washed skinny jeans, Pink cropped shirt, light blue scarf and boots. I lightly apply some makeup and stare at myself in the mirror. My hair is tied up in a loose Dutch braid and for once I don't look ugly or like someone else, I look like myself. Willow Jayde Dallas. I must've been staring at myself for a while as Cam has already told me to come downstairs for school.

I walk into the living room and am greeted by Maddie.

"Sissy you look weally pretty!" I smile.

"Thanks Princess, See you later." I say kissing the top of her head.

"Byee"

**At school**

" Okay so I'll meet you here at..." Cam checks his watch, "3:15. Kay?"

"Kay." I say, he smiles.

"Have a good day, little bug."

"Bye cam, Love you" I say, He kisses my forehead.

Well, this is gonna be a long day, I think. This is it.

I push open the front doors and take a look around. Lockers line the hallway and are crowded by groups of people, boys and girls and mixed groups. Wow, how am I supposed to fit in here.

One girl catches my eye, she is wearing close to the same thing as me, with brown hair, brown eyes and a warm smile. She glances over in my direction and catches me staring at her. She looks down at her outfit, to my outfit than back to my face, She smiles and I blush.

"Hi, my name is Aaliyah Mendes." The girl smiles and embraces me. I hug back.
"My names Willow Dallas, Its nice to meet you." She smiles. A warm, living smile.

She catches me glancing around and links arms with me.
"Don't worry I know it's scary. But if you need me I'll be here for you!" Aaliyah says.
"Plus I know we are gonna be best friends already!" She winks and I giggle.

"Definitely!" I smirk.

**10 Mins Later**

"Oohh look it's a new girl..."
"Hey you..."

Aaliyah squeezes my arm reassuringly and sends me a small smile.

"Okay people just shut up. She's new and she doesn't need you blabbering away behind her back. Got it?" Aaliyah says. They all nod.

" Thank you so much Aaliyah! that was amazing."

"No problem. That's what besties are for right?" She winks.
"Right!" I laugh.
