"Hi, i'm Andrew Alvaro! I like to play soccer and tag. My favorite food is pizza and carrots. When I grow up I want to be a Doctor. My favorite color is Red. My favorite animal is a lion! I'm excited to be here and make new friends!" I went through the sentences fast cause of all my excitement. I sat back down next to Emma. "Why did you go through your paper so fast?" she asked. "I didn't mean too, it's just that i'm too excited!" I yell. I crouched down scared that my classmates heard me but none of them turned to look at him. "Emma!" the teacher yells. Emma has a reflex and yells "Present!" and everyone looks at her confused. She hides in a ball of embarrassment while the teacher says " No Emma, it's your turn to read your paper" Emma blushes ''I knew that" Emma whispers to me and i laugh. She walks to the front of the class and looks at her paper. "Hi, I'm Emma Minder" she says calmly, still blushing a bit. "I like to read and draw animals. My favorite food is Salad and PB&J. When i grow up i want to be a Scientist or a Librarian. My favorite color is Blue and White, I love Sheep and cow. I'm really shy to be here, but with the help of my old friend i'll make new ones" She finished smiling. The class claps and she sits back down. After everyone goes, me and Emma go and sit at our table "Free time!" Calls the Teacher. All the kids go to get out their mats for a nap. Me and Emma sit at our table and Talk. ''Sush!" many people sat up and frowned at us. ''It's free time and we want to talk" Emma replies calmly. The teacher looks at us. "Go outside then" she says then goes back to grading badly written paper with doodles on them. Emma looks at me and smiles. He run out the door of the class room then out of the school. "Race ya!" i called to Emma. She looks at me and laughs "Your on!" she yells and runs in front of him. We yell and shove each other playfully until were tired and ready for a nap. They walk back inside and take out their mats next to each other. "Best friends forever?" Emma asks me while holding out her pinky. "I promise" I reply and we pinky promise then fall asleep.
