Knock! Knock! I lay on my bed contemplating whether or not i should get up. "Emily! Wake Up!" I hear my friend Jessica slamming her fist against my apartment door. "I'm coming." I said groggily, knowing she couldn't hear me. I got up and walked to the door, I opened it and I saw my friend Jessica all dressed up in white flats with a nice graphic crop top with gold bracelets on both wrists. Her brunette hair rested on her shoulders and she was wearing peach lipstick. "Why are you dressed up?" I asked.                                                                                                                                                                                         "Where going to the club! Get dressed!" She said with a bright smile."                                                                    "It's twelve...never mind." I went back to my room and threw on a tribal print crop top and black shorts shorts. I exited my room and Jessica looked at me and said "good enough." I threw on my Converse and we left for the club.

We gave the bouncer our ID's I could hear the faint noises of the EDM and yelling. The bouncer opened the door in approval , the EDM and yelling became louder in an instant. We got a drink and sat down. I saw a cute guy across the room, but he didn't notice me starring. I stole Jessica's bracelet and ran for it with Jessica tailing behind me. "Ow." I grunted. I look up and it's that cute guy. "You're cute." I said quickly and without thinking. I grabbed Jessica and took her over to the dance floor and started dancing out of embarrassment. He came over to me and insisted he buy me a drink. "What's your name?" He struggled to overpower the noise.                                                                                                         "Emily! You?"                                                                                                                                                                                   "Daniel!" We tried to talk, but the club was to loud. He eventually took me to a quieter place, a bar across the street. We ended up talking about College and our ambitions. I told him i was working on photography he was working in the fine arts division too, but he was an aspiring painter. We eventually payed the tab and went for Central Park.
