Hey, guys, I'm really sorry I haven't updated in so long. It's my curse: I start on a story, but then I get distracted by a new story idea... if you want to see what I've been up to, I suggest you go to My__Mercy 's works, because I don't come on this profile too much anymore.
I also suggest you go back and read the last chapter. This runs the risk of being very confusing if you don't.
Enjoy!

Arms snaked about my body, picking me up. He staggered just a bit under my weight before walking. I faintly heard the doors to the Great Hall open so hard that they slammed against the stone walls. After that- silence.

I was pissed. Very, very pissed. Where on Earth was I? Who was this woman bobbing around my bed like a cork in water?
"Oh, you're awake," the woman said with a relieved sigh. "I'm Madame Pomfrey, the Healer at Hogwarts. You're in the Hospital Wing." She gestured around the room with her entire arm.
I looked around. The room was simple enough. There were vases on bedside tables with various flowers in them, but that was the only decoration I could see. The walls were an off-white color, except for one wall, which was sky blue. There were beds all over the room, in neat little rows.
I looked back at Madame Pomfrey. "It's very pretty," I told her.
She smiled. "Do you think so? I did this myself," she told me, gazing about fondly.
I tried to get up, but the darkness started creeping back into my vision. Madame Pomfrey sat me back down upon my bed. "I don't think you should get up for at least a day," she told me sternly.
*** Not done, like last time. I decided you wouldn't need to wait for this part. I'll finish it by the end of the weekend.
