Zelo’s POV:
I woke up in my bed not feeling the warmth of my lover next to me. I slowly sat up rubbing my eyes and glancing at the clock. 4:00! Oh my goodness! I didn’t realize sex made you sleep so much, or maybe it was just me. I stretched and got up, feeling a slight pain in my lower back, to search of my missing boyfriend. When I opened the door I saw lilies laying on the floor in a path leading to the living room.
“Yongguk?” I slowly followed the road of lilies to the living room. All the furniture was moved to god knows where and there was a table in the middle of the room with a table cloth spread across it. On top of the table were two plates and some silverware resting next to them. In the middle were two lit candlesticks. The lights were dim and I still hadn’t seen Yongguk. I heard the throat of my man’s being cleared so I turned around to see Yongguk standing in a suit and tie on, holding a bouquet of Lilies. Had I mentioned that they were my favorite?
“Happy six months Junhong.” I blushed and walked over to the sweetest man in the world giving him a hug, careful not to smash the flowers. He hugged me back then moved to place the flowers in a vase already filled with water that he must have already had prepared. He turned back to me and gestured towards the table. I walked over to it and he pulled out my chair like a gentleman would. I hate being treated like a girl, but this was too damn romantic that I didn’t mind it.
He left the room and came back with a platter that was covered. I glanced at the tray as he removed the lid revealing one of my favorite Korean meals, dak galbi. He placed some on my plate and I smiled about to dig into this delicious looking dish. I stopped myself short waiting patiently for Yongguk to sit down. When he served himself and sat down he looked up at me waiting for me to try his cooked food.
“Thank you Yongguk, but you didn’t have to do this for me.” I blushed.
“If I didn’t want to, we wouldn’t be in this situation. Now eat babe.” I laughed as he used my own words against me. I took a big spoonful of dak galbi and took a bite. My taste buds exploded and I moaned loud enough for Yongguk to hear even though my mouth was still closed. He smiled and started to eat too.
“Yongguk, how did you learn how to cook like this?” I asked after a few more bites of heaven.
“Actually… Youngjae and Himchan came home for a little to help me.” He looked away sheepishly and I laughed.
“It is the thought that counts, I suppose. This is really sweet of you though, Gukkie. I’ll have to thank Youngjae and Himchan later too.” He nodded agreeing with me and we finished our dinner with a light conversation on our next album. After dinner, Yongguk stood up ignoring all the dirty dishes and extended his hand out to me.
“Will you dance with me Jello?” I blushed at his gesture and the little nickname he gave me. I nodded placing my hand into his when I laughed as realization hit me.
“We don’t have any music playing hyung.” He excused himself for a few minutes and came back with what looked like Jongup’s stereo and hooked it up. He put in a CD and pushed play releasing sounds of a piano and violins making a beautiful song. Yongguk walked back over to me and took my hand once again. We slow danced to the first three songs but then the fourth song was an upbeat pop song. I danced and sang along to the lyrics.
“This is hip song rock tonight shake your ass. You don’t have to worry about what I do. Just trust me now and shake it like me. (hip song hip song hip song hip song).
Lay on your back clap! With your chest clap! With your ass clap! (That’s right) To the left clap! (Yeah). Hold onto the right and with your lips clap! (This lady)
