I woke up with no one there i guess Nash and Hayes left? I wanted to shot some hoops so i put on a Nike sports bra,Nike basketball shorts, my long Nike socks,and my Nike's....i put my hair in a high ponytail, and put on a under armer head band.

I got my iPhone to see i got notified on twitter....

I posted it and i got a lot of replas i went downstairs to see the guys there they saw me and smiled...

"Take a pic it would last longer!" I said and they blushed and Shawn did to me and him are back together!

''Were are you going?" Nash asked

"Shot some hoops...i need to practice, i have gymnastics, cheer,volleyball, softball,lacrosse,and basketball practice all week ok am more worried about basketball....all of because of my fucking knee!" I said they looked at me shocked

"Oh and dance!" I said i forgot about that

"Zemmmmm girl....you have a lot of stuff on your bucket list!" Cameron said

I noded my head and went outside i started to dribble the ball and shot 40 hoops in a row....than i made 67.....i did it again and than i missed and missed,missed,missed,missed, i messed i fell to the ground and layed there felling sweat drip down my forehead and my stomach,i felt the sun hit my body....i got up and did some conditions....than did some back twist on the trampoline...i suck at those....

"Uggg!" I said and threw the ball to the ground and heard it bonced than i hears the door open and yelling and talking!

I saw them on the court playing shirtless but aaron had his shirt on he didn't like to take it off.

"Hey am using it!" I said

"Well we are sis!" Hayes said

"Give me the ball!" I said to Carter who took it from me!

"Look we will give you the ball....!" Nash said i looked at him

"If you can take it from us!" He said

"Ugg...fine!" I said

"Ok...1.2-!" He started to count it was me aginst 10 boys....great!

"3!!!!" I yelled and got the ball and shot a hoop
