Well I guess the first way to start is by telling you who I am really!
The name's Jones, Hayley Jones ( by the way I was meant to sound like James Bond! ).
I'm 14 and I'm from Leeds in England.
I'm an Emo ( ish ) and I play Guitar. I do sing a little but I'm not that confident.
What I hate: Chick Flick's, Justin Bieber, One Direction, Baseball Caps, Twilight ( VAMPIRES DON'T FRIKIN SPARKLE!) , RomCom's ( with the exception of Bridget Jones' Diary! ), Spiders, POP music, Pickles, Woodlice, Sparkly things, When people say "you're so cute!" because I'm not!, Clowns, Classical music, Armpits ( I have a phobia of them! ) and things that aren't straight ( I'm a bit OCD about that ).
Yeah I hate a lot of things!
What I love: Paramore, Rock music, Asking Alexandria, Muse, Arctic Monkeys, The Wombats, Queen, Buttons, Bottle tops, Harry Potter ( POTTERHEAD FOREVER! ), Wristbands, Anarchy, Egyptian Mythology, Gammon, Guitars, Ukuleles and Pepsi.
I'm very sarcastic and use a lot of saying's.
I get bullied because I'm an Anarchist and I'm a music nerd. To be honest if 'music nerd' is the best insult they can come up with I really want to hear their worst! I'd laugh my head off!
I have a little group of friends Autumn Wray, Cleo Patin and Travis Dexter. A.K.A 'The Nerds' to everyone else. We are all a special type of nerd -
Me: Music nerd
Autumn: Football nerd
Cleo: Lord Of The Rings nerd
Travis: Boy nerd ( I will explain, he's gay. Some people are just pathetic calling him a boy nerd. He's different get over it! )
So that's a bit about me. I've probably come across as the kind of girl who doesn't give a damn about anything but I'll let you judge me on that.
Well on with the story me thinks...
I walked into my room after a long day at school to find all my stuff in boxes and bags.
"Are we moving out or something?" I asked my Mum.
"Not us, you are"
I looked at her in confusion.
"Hang on, what do you mean I'm moving out?!"
She looked at the ground.
"I have applied for you to go to a performing arts school in London"
At this point I had reached confusion central.
"So basically you're telling me I'm leaving to go to a school, in London, a place I've never been to, and that's that!?"
She looked at me in disgrace.
"I thought this would be what you wanted!".
"I would have liked to have known about it! What about my friends?! What am I meant to tell them? I'm leaving to go to a random place, bye?!" I shouted at her.
"Don't you get cocky with me Miss Jones! And yes" She said sternly.
"No Mum I can't just say that! Why didn't you tell me?!" At this point I was fuming. I felt like smoke could have come out of my ears!
"Well you are going, It has all been arranged. You leave tomorrow night". She walked away.
The next day at school, whilst playing footie, I broke the news that I was going to Melwood Performing Arts to Autumn, Travis and Cleo.
"London! Frikin London!" Autumn shouted in the school sports hall.
"Yeah, I leave tonight and there's nothing I can do about it!" I said in a kind of shouting sigh, whilst I tackled one of the other teams players.
"I don't get it, why would your mum not tell you she applied for you to go there?" Cleo asked.
"That's what I don't get" Travis said.
"I honestly don't know!" I answered.
"Does your Dad know?" asked Cleo.
"Dude she hasn't seen her Dad since he was put in jail!" snapped Autumn.
Just pointing out my Dad isn't a criminal. He took the blame for a crime committed by my Uncle.
"I don't know" I answered.
"Don't you think this is all a bit weird? I mean, It's London you've never been before" Travis said in a confused haze.
The bell to indicate it was time to go home rang.
"Well time to face the music I guess" I sighed.
We grabbed our bags and started to walk to my house.
2 hours later I found myself hugging my friends and Mum goodbye and getting into the taxi.
"I hope you have a good time Hals" Travis said in a sigh.
"Yeah and visit us when you can yeah?" added Autumn.
"I will when I can guys" I said nearly chocking on my tears.
The taxi started it's engine.
"I guess this is it, into the land of the unknown I go"
"Call us when you've settled in, yeah?" Cleo said.
"Yeah and tell me if there are any cute boys" You would have thought Autumn would have said this but it was Travis actually!
"Ha Ha, will do Trav!" I said trying to smile.
"Have a good time Hayley" my Mum said as if I was going to stay at someone's for the night.
"I guess. Does Dad know you've kicked me out?" I asked quite angrily.
"Not yet I'm going to the jail tonight to tell him" she answered.
The taxi started to move and before I knew it I was turning onto the main road.
I whispered to myself "There's no turning back now"
The taxi turned and my street was no longer in sight.
