''Sister is probably the most competitive relationship within the family, but once the sisters are grown, it becomes the strongest relationship.''

•February, 10...(Saturday)
One month since they were back from Christmas break and Aug III already needed other vacation to relax and be away from school. But unfortunately he hadn't the power on all of this and had to accept his reality. He was more than tired of high school and wanted to go away as soon as possible. In the beginning of the school year, he was thinking that these four years passed by fast, very fast, but now it seemed all too long for him. He wanted to change his environment and started a new page in his life. He was excited for college and to grow up even more, so he'll also be able to leave his parents' house and be on his own and then enjoy life even more.
But on the other hand though, he was a bit scared. All he ever knew until now was going to be in the past very soon and he was going to experience new things. He didn't know how college was going to be, but he was hoping that it'll go smoothly and he'll have fun while studying. He already knew the fun time won't be all the time though and sometimes it was going to be hard and he'll have a lot to study, but he was excited nonetheless.
He smiled and kept doing his homework. This was February and these teachers were not joking at all. They were giving more at home to do, so they won't be late with the school program and so the students will have studied everything they'll need to for the final exams.
This thought alone made him shake a little.

"What are you doing ? " Shay asked raising her voice and surprised to see her little sister, Karla, in her bathroom searching something in her makeup bag. It was just too strange. Plus, her hair wasn't pulled in a ponytail as usual.
Karla was known as a tomboy. A real one at that. She'd rather played typical boys games than being girly. She wasn't scared of getting dirty. She didn't care about the fashion. She wasn't a big fan of shopping and spending a day in a nails or hair saloon to get pampered. She didn't like all these things, so Shay was really shocked to see her going through her makeup. She was wondering even if she knew exactly what she was doing.
Karla and Shay were not the closest sisters in their relationship. They were way too different to spend a lot of quality time together because they couldn't really stand each other. They couldn't do many activities together because they didn't like doing the same things and it was always hard to find an agreement with these two. The only thing they could do for hours together was arguing though.
In the Alsina family there were only three girls; Shay, who was the oldest one, Karla, who was in the middle and June, who was the little baby. Shay and June had more in common since they were both girly since they were very little. Karla was always with their brothers playing video games or/and sport.
Karla startled and turned around, "Uh...Hey, Shay." She greeted waving her hand and smiling innocently like she just hadn't been caught with the hand in the cookie jar. She thought her big sister was out of the house for the afternoon, but she must have changed her mind and came back sooner than expected. Karla cleared her throat, "Uh...Are you not supposed to be with your friends ? "
