"Aren't you delighted Justin?" Pattie asked her son as they weaved their way through the busy airport crowds. He sighed, sitting down when they found the right terminal.
"Of course I am, but what if they tease me cuz I'm the only person there who isn't from England?" He hasn't told anyone this, but it was the truth. He was totally extatic that he was going to one of the best arts/performing arts camps in the world, but it was in England and he lived in Canada.
"Don't worry baby," she soothed, patting his shaking hand, "everything will be alright. It will only be for eleven weeks, then you'll be back playing hockey with all of your friends back home." Her calming tone wasn't assuring him like it usually did.
"It'll just add on to the things they could tease me about!" he yelled in frustration, ignoring the curious glances he was recieving from people walking by with their suitcases. Pattie knew he was referring to his sexuality.
"Justin honey, you do realize where you're going, don't you?" she asked, holding on to his arm and plaing lightly with his fingers. She stared into his hazel eyes waiting for his to understand, but he didn't.
"I don't mean to offend you Justin, but it's an art camp. Do you honestly think you're going to be the only person there that is different?" Justin's heartbeat slowed as he grasped what his mother was trying to get into his thick skull. He felt blood color his cheeks as he let out an embarrassed chuckle.
"I guess you're right mom." she laughed, patting her son's sholder.
"I'm always right." She looked into his amuzed eyes, and couldn't help but notice how much he's grown. It felt like it was just yesterday that she was cleaning up his knee when he fell off his bike. She felt a lump form in her throat.
"Mom?" Justin asked, his voice laced with worry when he noticed the tears in the corners of his mother's eyes. "Why are you gonna cry?" Pattie shook her head, causing the salty droplettes running down her cheeks.
"You're just growing up so fast," she choked out. Justin sighed, pulling closer to his side. He placed his hands on her cheeks, slowly wiping away her tears with his soft thumbs. Pattie, once again, realized how mature he was growing. She felt like he was moving away from her. This was the first time he wasn't going to be home for the summer; the fact that she wasn't going to be able to kiss her baby boy every morning was killing her inside.
"I'm going to be home in eleven weeks," he reminded her, rubbing her back slowly.
"I'll always be your baby boy."

"Hey there," Jade approached the young blond girl who had a vacant seat next to her. She looked up, revealing two blue eyes.
"May I sit here?" Jade gestured to the space next to the girl.
"Of course!" the girl nodded, making more room for the brunette.
"My name's Perrie," she chirped, holding out her small hand to her -hopefully- new friend. She smiled back, shaking it lightly before saying "I'm Jade." What a nice girl, Jade thought. Perrie's thoughts were echoing Jade's.
"So, what are you going to camp for?"
"Singing," Perrie said matter-of-factly. Jade was taken aback by that answer, concidering Perrie's unusally deep voice. Perrie saw her expression and instantly understood.
"Yeah, I know," she explained, a little embarrassed, "I have a deep voice. But my mother and brother begged me to come." She gestured to a woman and young man standing outside of the bus window who immediatly waved at her.
"I didn't mean to offend to offend you!" Jade rushed, blushing like mad. Wow, Perrie probably thought she was a rude little twat now. Perrie laughed, waving her hand reassuringly.
"It's fine, it's fine," she assured, patting Jade's balled-up fist, "you didn't offend me." Jade saighed, looking at the blond with every-greatful eyes.

"Why are you leaving us Louis?!" the young twins whined, gripping onto their brother's legs for dear life. Louis groaned; it was the third time in the past hour that his sisters' have done this.
"Come on girls," Charlotte persisted, prying off Phoebe while Georgia pulled Daisy. Louis sent them silent 'thank you's while he rubbed his sore thighs.
"I'll only be gone for a little bit," Louis assured, holding one of the each of the toddlers' tiny hands. Their cries quieted at his touch. "I'll be back before you know I'm gone! You won't even have time to miss me!" He smiled at them, tickling them quickly before walking around and saying goodbye to everyone else.
"Bye Lottie, bye Georgia. Take care Felicite," he said, hugging each sister in turn. He finally got to his mother who had etars in her beautiful eyes.
"Oh Louis!" she cried, squeezing the dear life out of her poor son. Wow, it was like the twins all over again.

"Are you sure you have everything you need baby?" Anne asked -once again- as she helped Gemma and Harry with his bags from the trunk. He grunted, walking closer to the bus that would soon be taking him away for a whole summer.
"Yes mum. I'm positive." He whined, gently pushing his mother's hands away when she tried to fuss with her son's curls. Gemma walked over and placed her arms on her mother for comfort.
"Mum, I'm only going to music camp for three months. I'm not moving out." Anne pouted knowing her son was right.
"I know," she sighed, leaning into her daughter's side. She stared up at her growing son, but she didn't see a fifteen year old standing in front of her. Instead, she saw a five year old boy with straight hair and blue-green eyes who would run to her bedroom whenever he would have a nightmare. Her baby. It hurt her to know that it embarrassed Harry whenever she would call him her 'baby' but in Anne's eyes, he would always be a diaper-wearing baby. Her diaper-wearing baby. Harry suddently recognized the longing look in her eyes.
"Aww mum! I'll be back! It's just camp! Don't worry!" She nodded, covering his soft face with kisses. He smiled down lovingly at his mother and hugged her tightly. He had to admit, he was going to miss her cooking for her and cleaning his room when he didn't. Deep down, he'll always be a mummy's boy. After saying quick goodbyes to his sister, he picked up his bags and walked them to the back of the bus where the camper's bags were being loaded. With one last glance at his family, he walked to the front of the door.He suddently hit something hard, causing him to lose his balance and fall back against the bus. What?
"Oh my goodness, I'm so sorry!" he heard someone squeal. He glanced up and met with a pair of beautiful brown eyes. He stood up, carefully helping the beautiful stranger up off the floor. He smiled at her, loving every detail of her pretty face.
"Hi, I'm Harry."
"I'm Cher."
