"We've been told that Hans Peterson, Brian Johnson, and CIA Agent Peter Smith are still on the run. Hans is wanted for creating mass hysteria by allegedly creating a threat video and posting it on youtube, whereas Brian and Peter are wanted for breaking out Hans from jail.
It has so far been three days since they had escaped from jail, and the authorities have no idea as to their whereabouts. Now moving on to our other headlines.."
Erik turned off the TV, and tried to get more information through Google News.
He'd always wanted to be a director of a major motion picture, but luck didn't work in his favour, his father lost his job causing his family to go bankrupt. He couldn't go to college, and he started doing odd-jobs to make his family's ends meet.
His father however couldn't take the strain, and one day when he returned from work he found his entire family dead, and a note from his dad, asking for Erik to forgive him.
That day Erik realised the actual worth of money, without it there's nothing to live for. Hence, he 'turned to the dark side'. He became a director, not of movies, but of real lives.
Whatever is seen in the news, is because of what he does. Like how make-up can turn a normal-looking person into a hideous monster/mummy/werewolf , a few props can turn the media and public perception against the most honest of men.
He was particularly proud about his latest direction, Hans Peterson's. A true American hero being chased by the very country he serves, a bit of a cliche' , but it doesn't reduce the entertainment quotient at all. It was quite a challenge, but nothing too difficult for an artist of his calibre.
He was actually surprised and impressed by how Agent Peter Smith had managed to fool all those who were on their trail. Especially the one with the registration plates, a true masterpiece. He'd finally found a worthy opponent.
Unforunately his job is not over till he gets everyone to look for Hans Peterson, making it impossible for him to hide.
Does he feel bad for doing this to an innocent man? Yeah, a bit, but he'd learnt to supress his conscience a long time ago, especially with the amount of money being involved in this. He has no clue as to who wants this to happen and why, but he doesn't care as long as he gets paid.
At present the authorities are behind him only for that silly video, but to turn the public against him, he'll have to do something much better, like turning him into a terrorist. He smiled, "Yes, that will do."

Meanwhile
"So how much longer do you think we can stay here?" Brian asked.
"As long as possible, I don't have any other place which is this secure. We've spent enough time misguiding the authorities, now we need to find out what's really going on." Peter replied.
"True, when I was arrested I was told something about an IP address, what was that about?" Hans asked.
"Yes, the video was sent from a computer in the coffee shop of your office. Someone must have observed your routine over the past few days, and uploaded the video when you were there, knowing that our suspicion will be on you." Peter replied.
"So did you see anyone else using a computer, laptop or mobile phone in the security footage?"
"You know, if the person setting him up came up with such a sophisticated and well orchestrated plan, then he/she won't be foolish enough to be sitting around waiting for the cameras to pick them up." Brian said.
"But, there were scores of people there Brian, this person will know that there's no way we can identify who uploaded the video." Hans replied.
"Yes, but even then, the fear of getting caught, even by fluke will be present in the mind of our mastermind. I don't think our person was there at all." Peter mused.
"An IP hider!" Brian exclaimed.
"What's that?" Hans asked.
"It's a service using which you can use a different IP address than your own, it's generally used to maintain anonymity, but it can be used to make it appear as if you're in a coffee shop, while you're actually in your house." Brian replied.
"That's extremely logical, Brian, stroke of a genius, but there's one problem. IP hider services have only a few set of IP addresses which can be used, and they are set aside only for this purpose. I strongly doubt whether our coffee shop address will be there." Peter said.
"Well, he/she could've always hacked in, I doubt whether the wifi network there has any great security."
"Yes, that's it!"
"Now, wifi networks in establishments of this size have a very short range, and we figured that our person was not in the coffee shop, so he'd have to be on the floor either above or below the shop's floor." Peter said.
"The one above is TS' floor, unless our person is an insider he/she can't get in without an access card and not to mention our biometric scanner."
"That's right Brian, but I doubt it could be anyone from TS, Peter said the video was made even before the flight developed any trouble." Hans said.
"But, the person who uploaded the video may not have been the same person who created it." Peter said.
Brian rubbed his forehead, "And, we're back to where we'd started from."
"I think we'll have to trust the people of our department, they work day and night to save the lives of people, I don't believe that one of them could've uploaded this video after seeing it." Hans said.
"Did any of your employess have any relations with shady characters?" Peter asked.
"I can't think of anyone..."
Brian interjected," Jacob! His brother has created a lot of trouble, he used to work as a guard but was caught trying to sell sensitive data in the open market. Even Jacob almost lost his job because of that."
"And what job does Jacob do?" Peter asked.
"He's our network manager" Hans replied.
"Damn!"

"How is it that two engineers and one agent are able to hide from the world's best spy agency?" the director of the CIA asked.
"Smith has been very smart, he had planned every move beforehand, but he's still a human, he would've made or will make some mistake or the other, and we are on the lookout for just that." Porter replied.
"If you haven't been able to find anything so far, I doubt whether you'll be able to find anything later, Porter, you can do it your way."
Porter smiled,"Thank you sir, I'll find someone to leave in-charge and leave as soon as possible."
