I Promise (A Yeinkook Fanfic) [On Hiatus]

Sunday passes quickly and once again another week of school comes. Yein wakes up earlier than usual. She checks her phone and she doesn't recieve any message. Maybe her boyfriend is still asleep at this hour. She decided to take a shower and get ready for school. As she was done it's still 6.25 in the morning. She heads down and her mother is still preparing for brekfast

"Oh honey! You're awake already?" Her mother said as she looks at her still flipping the pancake. Yein just nods and sit on the dining table

"Dad still not awake yet?" She ask as she takes a sip of her strawberry milk

"He's still sleeping in the bedroom" her mother said and pour another spoon of pancake mix to the stove. She serves Yein a pancake and Yein being polite as always thanks her before putting maple syrup to it. She cut it first into small pieces before finally eating it. When she finished her breakfast it's still 6.30 in the morning but she decided to leave now. She walks out and the driver already waits for her. As usual she greets him a good morning with a smile before entering the car. She looks out the window all the way to school and red tint crept on her cheeks as she remembers the memories she has with Jungkook when she slept there. He makes her forget about all her problems and her surrounding. His sweetness makes her smile back even though she has a lot of people hating her

"Miss Jung.." The driver said once again and Yein finnaly snaps back from her daydream. She looks at her surrounding and outside the window only to find that she has already arrived at her school

"Oh" she mumbles out quitely. She thanks the driver and walks out of the car. She walks to her class with a lot of people staring at her. Most of it was a disgust stare. She sigh and tries to just ignore them and proceeds to her class. Her class still has a few people in it. Most of it was Jungkook's fangirls and her only friend there was Mijoo. She walks to her but suddenly one of the fangirls extends her leg which makes her trip and fall. She growls in pain as her knees touch the ground. She looks at them and they are laughing at her without thinking what they did to her. She stands up and looks at her knees which she felt the source of the pain. Mijoo who sees it almost got up from her chair and was about to punch the girl but Yein looks at her and shakes her head telling her not to

She got a cut on her knee and bites her lips trying to reduce the pain she felt. She hurriedly runs to the bathroom and fortunately she's the only one there. She quickly wash her wound with the water from the sink and hisses in pain as the water touches her wound. She then puts her band aid on her knee and pulls her knee-length sock higher to hide it. She looks at herself in the mirror and the thought of people hating her still replaying in her mind. She felt like crying but she manages to hold it in knowing that they don't deserve her tears. She fakes a smile still looking at herself in the mirror. 'You can do this Yein.. Jungkook's love will help you endure this.. Fighting!' She tought to herself before walking back to her class room and by the fangirl that triped her

"Did you cut your knee? Does it hurts? Don't cry.. I'm sorry" The girl said in sarcasm and pouts faking to be pity earning laughters from her friend. Yein looks at them and smiles sweetly

"No.. It doesn't.. And don't be sorry.. I'm fine"

She hears the other girl scoffs and whispers an

"Psh.. Fakers.."

But she just shruggs it off and smiles as she walks to her eonni. She puts her bag on the back of her chair and sit next to her

"Are you ok??" Mijoo asks in concern as she shakes the younger's body. Yein nods slightly and takes her eonni's hand off. Someone suddenly opens the door and she sees Jungkook walking in class and makes an eye-contact with her. He approaches him and Yein quickly whispers to Mijoo a

"Please don't tell Jungkook.. I don't want him to worry.."

Mijoo looks at her friend in surprise. How could she tell her not to tell her own boyfriend when his fangirl just hurt her? She's confuse how could she even said that. Her thought soon was interupt when Jungkook finally reaches them

"Yeinniee!" He greets her with a wide smile and Yein quickly fakes a smile and stands up greeting her boyfriend. Mijoo automatically curves her lips forming a sincere smile as her friend just smile at him like nothing happened when actually his fangirl just be the cause of the cut on her knee. He spreads his arm and was about to hug her when she gently push him back earning a confuse look on him

"You don't want to hug me?" He said and pouts at her cutely

"Ani.. It's not that.. It's just.. It's just we're in school and.." Yein could not finish her words but she just cleares her thoat as she looks at his fangirls giving her loads of death glare. Jungkook immediately looks at where she's looking at and found girls looking at her in some sort of annoyed way. He thought she must have been uncomfortable and afraid of these girls. He really hates of not having the rights to give her girlfriend affection because of some random girls giving her hatefull stares. He immediately pulls his girlfriend in an embrace not giving a fuck anymore of those girls. She stands there completely frozen at his action

"J-Jungkook.. People are looking at us.." She finally manages to say a word after her shockness. Without saying a word he tightens his embrace on her showing that what other people do right now doesn't effect him at all

"I don't care.. I just want you in my arms.." He said and smiles after saying that. Yein once again blush at her boyfriend's words which makes her speechless. Jungkook secretly smiles and once again mentally congratulating himself for making her blush cutely one more time

"Yah! Cut it off love birds! Don't you know we have a still-single person here??" A voice or a familiar voice to be exact suddenly screams out from the door making the couple surprised. They quickly break the hug and look at the source of the voice and see Jimin looking at them from the door with his arms crossed in front of his chest pretending to be angry. They laugh as they look at him as they remember his words of 'still-single person'

"Hyung! It's not out fault that you're short and nobody wants you!" Jungkook jokes and laughs at the elder boy

"Yah Jeon Jungkook! I'm gonna get you!" Jimin screams and starts to chase the frightened boy. They run around the class like two 4 years old boy earning a smile on Yein's face. After a while Jungkook gives up and Jimin quickly push his head down putting it on an arm lock before ruffling his hair as an punishment for the younger

"Hyuunngg! I was just kidding! Forgive me!" Jungkook said and Jimin finally stop ruffling his hair but still putting his head on an arm lock. Jungkook looks at the elder boy with puppy eyes and pouts her lips cutely

"Pleasee~~" He said and blink his eyes multiple times battering his eyelashes

"Aish this kid! Why do I like you so much to make me have have to forgive you everytime?" He said and lets go of the younger boy

"Hehe.. Thanks hyung!" Jungkook said and smile widely showing his cute bunny teeth

"ish.. whatever.." The elder said looking at the opposite direction of Jungkook
