"Aaaahh!!!" I screamed as I woke up to the ice cold water that drenched me head to toe, courtesy of my brothers.
"Haha! That's what you get! Now get up, or else Mom said you won't get breakfast!" Kyle giggled away. I could hear him laughing all the way downstairs. I saw Jacob smile and run down with them.
"i hate you guys!" I screamed.
'Ugh, I hate them!' I shouted to myself. I checked the time, 10:37 A.M. OH CRAP! I'm supposed to meet Ally at the mall at 11! I jumped off my bed, and bolted towards my dresser. "Ow!" I screamed as I stepped on something really sharp. Ugh, I'm going to kill Kyle. I picked up his little toy airplane and chucked it into the hallway. It hit the wall and the wing fell off. Ha! That's what he gets.
Still dressed in my soaked PJ's, I pulled out a pair of faded gray skinny jeans and a white and gray t shirt. I rushed the the bathroom and got ready. After getting dressed, I dried my hair and styled it. My hair was really dark brown, almost black, so it matched my outfit well. I straightened it a little and sprayed it with hair spray. I put on some chap stick and eye liner. I quickly put on my gray converses and grabbed my purse and phone and ran out the room into the kitchen and checked the time on the wall clock, 11:06. Ally's going to be mad. Just then I got a text,
Ally: WHERE ARE YOU??!
I texted back.
Me: Sorry, I overslept. im omw right now. meet u at the food court in 15 min.
"Taylor, want some breakfast. I made pancakes!" Mom said, in her oh-so-cheery voice.
"No, I'm late, I gotta meet Ally at the mall!" I said to Mom.
"Jacob can you drop me off? Pleeeeeaaaasse?" I pleaded, with my innocent smile.
"Why can't you drive?" He said, a smirk on his face.
Just because I failed my driver's test and he did really well, doesn't mean he could make fun of me!
"Pleeeeeeeeeaaaase? Mom can you please tell him to just drop me off!"
"Jacob, drop your sister off." Mom said, with a stern face.
"Fine." He complained.
"Yay!" I exclaimed.
I grabbed Kyle's orange juice on the table, and drank it all.
"Hey!" Kyle shouted.
"Sorry!" I laughed and hugged him and mom goodbye.
When we got in the car Jake turned to me with a mischievous smile.
I groaned, "Oh god, what'd you do now?" I asked. Having a twin meant knowing when they were up to something no matter what.
"Next Saturday, the parents are going out of town and we are throwing a party!" he smiled.
"We? Are you nuts?" I yelled.
"Keep your voice down!" he said, starting the car,"Why are you always so loud?" he continued. I rolled my eyes and what he said, and put my seat belt on. I refused to help him out, we always got in trouble and I had two strikes left before my parents sent me off to boarding school. Guess who doesn't want to go away to boarding school? Me. A bunch of strangers, and them being all girls. No way.
"Jacob, I am not helping you out with this!" I stated. He sighed.
"You have to," he snapped,"Or I'll tell mom and dad what you did to us!" he threatened. What did I do? And to whom?
"What are you talking about?" I asked.
"That little prank you played," he said. I rolled my eyes. Really? That was so long ago,"When my friends were over, I didn't forget!" he smiled.
