Chp.6

(Aria's POV)

I felt my phone vibrate in my pocket. I took it out and looked at the caller ID. Oh look it's my idiot cousin. I answered the phone. "Hello! This is animal control speaking is there a problem with anything? Perhaps a wolf? They have been sighted around here a lot!" I answered in a perky voice. I heard a growl and laughed. I always answered like this when Jace called.

" Aria this is serious" he said. At this i immediately straightened up. "What's wrong?" I asked worriedly. "There has been hunters spotted on our territory. I need you to watch my mate for me. I wouldn't trust anyone el-" i cut him off. "YOU HAVE A MATE AND YOU DIDN'T TELL ME!!!!!" i screamed at him and i heard the phone crash to the floor. I must have scared him. Serves him right :p.

He picked the phone back up. "I know but i just met her today, plus i am letting you see her now. If it weren't that i had to leave I wouldn't have, but given the circumstances i didn't want to leave her alone because the hunters might be after her. Just promise me you won't smother her?" He asked. I chuckled "Wow you really think i would smother her. I need a new girlfriend.

Well more like i need a friend in period saying that I don't have any friends besides you and your stupid guy friends. I can't wait to go shopping with her! Wecouldalsogoskiingandpainteachothersnailsanddomakeupandhavesleepoversandgossipaboutthecuteguysatourschool-"okay! Enough! I get it. But Waverly will definitely not be gossiping about cute guys!" He said possessively, cutting me off. "You are just so cute!" I laughed. "Whatever just get going! She's at the betas house. She's his daughter." He said "K bye Mr. Lovestruck!" I teased. He growled into the phone again. "Bye." I hung up.

I grabbed my keys and iphone and headed out. I got into my 57' chevy two seated convertible. My parents got it for me on my birthday. I plugged in my iphone into the dock of my car and Mackelmore's Thriftshop came on me. I started singing along. Finally i had arrived and walked up the steps two at a time, And knocked on the door.

I heard footsteps walking through the house and, the door unlock. It opened to a girl that looked like a model. Wow! I wish i looked like her, jace really was lucky. She didn't look like most of the sluts at my school who put on alot of makeup. She had chocolate brown hair, her eyes were a deep sea blue. She had tanned skin, and she looked very fit and tall. She had a genuine smile and looked very nice. I could tell we were going to be very good friends.

"Hi! I'm Aria, Jace sent me, i'm his cousin" i told her. She smiled. "Come in! I'm so happy i won't be alone, i always hate being in an empty house by myself!" She said. "Thanks, it's nice to meet you finally!" I told her. "Same here, i was just about to put in Marley & Me, do you want to watch?" She asked. "You bet i do,that is like my all time favorite movie ever!" I said excitedly. "Yay! Mine too!" She jumped up and down. Haha she was almost as energetic as me.

I took my coat off and put it on the coat hanger. I followed her into the home theater and we sat down on the big black leather couch. The commercials started and Waverly went and popped some popcorn in the machine. When she came back the title popped up on the screen.
