The plan (a Shizaya story)

Chapter 10

--third person--
Kanra smirked when Izaya entered the room. She walked up to him and circled him.
"So, how's my favourite little brother doing?" She asked stopping in front of Izaya. Her smirk seemed to get bigger when he didn't answer. "Although your my only brother so there isn't much competition." Kanra placed a hand on Izayas chest.
"We've got your little boyfriend here, although he's not really your boyfriend is he? It's just an ACT!" Kanra shouted the last word. She pushed Izaya with so much force that he fell to the ground. He slowly got up. "I bet you haven't told him about your little.... How should I say it? Your little power, have you!"

Shizuo was confused, what power? What had Izaya not told him? Shizuo wasn't very good at reading people but he could see that Izaya was angry... And sad? Shizuo didn't understand it, he didn't understand anything that was happening right now. "Oh look, your little boyfriend is confused. Isn't that cute!!" Kanra walked so she was standing behind Shizuo. "I know he's the strongest in Ikebukuro and all but he wasn't all that hard to take down, I'm surprised you didn't kill him when you hated him. Or where you trying not to kill him? How sweet." Kanra played with Shizuo's hair. "Are you not going to tell your little boyfriend what your power is? How sad, well you're going to have to." The man from earlier, Ryan, walked in.
"Aha! Right on time as always!!" Ryan was holding something, it looked like a syringe filled with some black liquid.
Finally Izaya spoke. "I could always tell him without that, Kanra." He gestured toward Ryan and the syringe.
"Oh but that would be no fun!!" Kanra seemed upset with the idea of Izaya doing something of his own free will. "Your little boyfriend seems confused, why don't you tell him what it does?" Kanra said innocently.

Izaya remained silent. "Well your no fun." Kanra huffed. "I'll tell you what it does, Heiwajima Shizuo, it's a truth potion made by your dear friend Shinra."
--Celtys POV--
I didn't go to find Shinra, instead I stayed just out of sight but where I could still hear everything. Three things shocked me about the conversation:
1: Izaya was mainly silent for once.
2: Izaya had some kind of power we didn't know about
3: SHINRA MADE A POTION FOR THIS CRAZY WOMAN!!! Why would he do such a thing?? I know he had to make something for someone but the thought of Shinra coming into contact with This woman, Kanra I think her name is, well no wording now, I've got to stay to find out what Izayas power is, although I want to find Shinra, I bet he's safe, everyone is in that room right now. Oh god I hope he's safe.
--third person--
Ryan handed the syringe to Izaya. "Now don't go breaking it, we've got extra! Oh and did I mention, it will cause extreme pain." Kanra smirked as Izaya injected himself. He had learned long ago not to argue with Kanra, it would end up with him being hurt somehow, or even worse, someone he cared about.

The pain was instant, starting at the injection point and quickly moving throughout his body. He'd been through worse, of course, but not for a long time. Izaya struggled to keep from screaming. Somewhere I. The back of his mind he realised that he had fallen to the floor again. "Come on Shizuo, why don't you ask him some questions?" Kanras voice was all to clear despite the pain. Kanra removed the gag from Shizuo. "Go on ask him if he loves you,ask him what his secret power is, ask him anything." Shizuo looked frightened, he really didn't want to ask theses questions but with the knife at his neck and Izaya in great pain he had no choice. "Umm..." Shizuo hesitated. The knife pressed further into his neck, a trail of sticky red blood slowly made its way down his neck. "Izaya... Do you... Do you love me?" Shizuo already knew the answer, Izaya didn't love him.
There was an almost inaudible "yes" from where Izaya was crumpled on the floor. Shizuo was shocked. Kanra looked like she didn't believe it either. "Speak louder!" She shouted at Izaya. "Yes!!" Izaya shouted his reply. He opened the eyes he didn't remember closing and looked at Shizuo. "Yes, Shizuo, I love you."

Kanra was the most shocked of all of them. She thought she had stopped Izaya from loving, she must have!! With all that he had been through how could he trust anyone enough to love them ever again? Izayas words echoed through her head as she remembered their childhood "yes, Shizuo, I love you."
