"Oh my God, Hemmings," Michael mumbled with a fed up expression on his face when he saw Luke laughing at every hiccup he let out unintentionally. He kept watching the blond boy's movements from afar while he sipped on his drink.
You see, Michael's friend Calum was throwing a party at a bar and of course Luke was invited. He still didn't understand why Calum was friends with the annoying blonde but after all these years he was used to seeing him at every organization Calum arranged. Long story short, they didn't like each other at all and Calum was a bastard.
A few minutes later, Luke was standing on a table and was trying not to fall off while he danced. "Okay, that's enough," Michael thought while he started walking towards Luke.
Luke lost his balance when he spotted Michael in the crowd and in a blink of an eye, the green-headed boy was right in front of him.
"Hey, asshole!" Luke stopped dancing, greeted him but Michael tried his best to ignore his words and offered him his hands. Luke glanced at them and Michael but didn't move a muscle.
Michael let out a bored sigh and grasped Luke's waist. "Easy." He managed to make Luke sit on the table, and himself sat on a chair. They stared at each other and thought for what felt like a long time. For example, Michael wondered why he decided to help the boy who he hated since they met. He didn't want to confess that the reason he felt the urge to help the blonde wasn't just because he was a very good-hearted person. He was still refusing to admit some things when his thoughts were cut off by the flash of a camera. "Say cheese you lovebirds!"
"Ew dude what the hell, no homo" said Michael with a laughter. However, he then grabbed Luke's thighs and helped him sit on his lap. They made silly faces, let the curly-haired boy take another photo and watched him walk away.
Luke eyed their positions and there was an uncomfortable silence for a couple of seconds. "Uhh, so let's get you home." Michael said slowly, then they both stood up and left the place.

Michael had finally managed to bring him to his house, handed him a cup of coffee and made sure that he wasn't going to get out of his bed.
"Do you have to go?" Luke asked quietly from where he was lying. "Oh God, don't you dare use that cliché on me, you're so gay" Michael let out a laugh and turned to Luke's bedroom door to leave the house.
"Michael" "Jesus, Luke! What do you want?" he replied turning around and giving him an annoyed look. Luke took a deep breath. "I know we hate each other and all but you see I'm still not properly sober and that's why I asked you to stay alrigh-" "Woah now, mama's boy. What are you trying to say?" "Don't make me say it." Luke narrowed his eyes.
"Make you say what? That you want me to spend the night at your house, just the two of us?" Michael smirked. "Stop, you know what I mean... Ugh, can't you just take the couch downstairs?" Luke huffed in annoyance but then looked at him with pleading eyes. "Let me think... Nope." Michael grinned and walked towards him, then got in the bed. "Wow, what's happening now?" Luke jumped when he felt an arm over his waist and legs that were tangled with his. "Shut up man, no homo." Luke could feel his breath on his neck and it really was awkward. Luke turned to Michael and cleared his throat. "Um, are you going to sleep in your clothes?"
The answer made him roll his eyes and his face go red at the same time. "I'm not taking my shirt off. Not that homo, just so you know. Now turn around and sleep." Luke did as he was told and seconds later, felt a weird tingly burning feeling inside his chest when Michael pressed a light kiss to the back of the blonde's neck.
