I slowly came around and a pounding headache greeted me. I slowly blinked my eyes open and squinted against the light. How long was out? I slowly sat up and immediately regretted because it felt like someone took a hammer to my head and was trying to crack it open. I gritted my teeth against the pain and look around. The last thing I remembered was listening in to Jace's conversation. Then I blacked out. Could it be Jace? Who am I kidding? It totally was him. I looked around and the first thing I noticed was that I was in a cage and locked inside a dungeon. The worst thing? It was fucking snowing. WHAT THE FUCK? Thank God that I can regulate my body temperature, because I'm pretty sure I would be frozen to death before I can get out of this place.

Where the hell am I?

I tried my link with Denise but there was no response and I can't feel her. Nada. Well damn, if I can't feel her, I'm fucked. Given the fact that I'm mated to Denise, it means we're connected. In heart, soul and mind. If they can block me from her, some serious magic mojo is going on.

Shit.

I am in deep trouble. That's why they say curiosity kills the cat. Or in my case, reaper. I focused and formed the image of Ari's house in my mind and try to shift there. It didn't went as well as I wanted it to because I got thrown across my cell into the wall.

"Ommpf!" I grunted at the impact as I hit the wall and slowly got to my feet. I guess it was wishful thinking that I could use my powers, and judging by the dent I just made on the wall, that was one hell of a spell to keep me from using it. I guess the only thing I can do is to wait. Either for someone to rescue me or for the person who locked me here decide to pay me a visit.

"Kaine! Food's ready!" I called out, while placing the plates onto the counter that was connected with the kitchen. Well, after many rounds of love making, Kaine and I decided to go downstairs to grab a bite, so here I am, wearing one of Kaine's T-shirt while making food. Suddenly, a pair of arms came around my waist and I was pulled against a hard chest.

"You smell delicious, so munch more delicious than food." Kaine murmured into my ear and nibbled on my earlobe. I shuddered and felt him smile against my neck, but with a great deal of self control, I pulled myself away from him.

"We need to eat then find more information Kaine, you horn dog."

Kaine's face fell and his lips pulled into pout. He looked like cute puppy whose favourite chew toy just got taken away that I can't stop the giggle from coming out of my mouth. Kaine's gaze snapped to my face and his eyes narrowed.

Oh oh.

I managed to get out of the kitchen before getting tackled to the floor by a muscled werewolf.

"You big oaf! Get off me, you're squashing me!" I ordered, while pounding on him. But that annoying asshole just grinned down at me while covering my body with his.

"Apologize for calling me a horn dog. Only then I'll get off."

"Never!" I yelled defiantly, still trying to buck him off me.

"Are you sure? I'll give you one last chance. If you don't...." Kaine smiled devilishly.

I lifted my chin up, daring him to do something.

"I guess that's a no. Well, don't blame me." Kaine said, before tickling me.

"Ah! Kaine! Stop!"

I shouted breathlessly, trying to breath through all that laughing. How did he know I'm ticklish?

"Apologize then. " Kaine grinned.

"NO! NEVER!" I yelled, wriggling around, trying escape his hands.

"Then I guess I can't stop then." Kaine said before tickling me more.

I trashed around laughing until my stomach hurt. Finally, I can't take it anymore.

"ALL RIGHT! I YIELD! I'M SORRY!"

Immediately, the tickling stopped. I breathed a sigh of relief and tried to catch my breath. Then I frowned. Kaine noticed it and asked, "What's wrong, love?"

"Denise is using our link." I put down my block and Denise's frantic voice filled my head.

"Ari! I can't feel Dare! He has to be in trouble!"

Hey peeps! I'm back! You guys might have notice that I haven't been editing my chapters. That's cuz exams are coming and I didn't have the time to edit them.
