Mega Evolution. An unlocked power only a few of Pokemon can do. But between all Pokemon, they all have a distinct of energy that people can use for battle and to gather the most of there Pokemons love for them. Much like the friendship of Giga and Alex. They have had rough times since they gained a Pokemon with enough willpower to take on any challenge. Or can it be that strong... yet...?

After Sycamore and Alex had reached to Kalos, they had first needed to train up one by changing Alex's name to Axel. Something Alex wanted and get stronger before his journey. And this... Special training took a long time. Not 3 weeks more like 4 years of visiting his mom everyone month and training the rest. He didn't wish to stop he and Giga had wanted to be super powerful no matter what the cost. 18 year old Alex was a new person, Giga was to. But they both had no idea what awaited them outside the training grounds. Mega Giga hadn't been used in the longest, since the battle in Orange Islands. And due to that amount of years Giga had not used its willpower but its physical. Making it powerful as a regular Pokemon. Who knew what Giga and Alex would unlock using it now... Shall Alex's Story begin...

Alex's POV

After 4 years in living with Professor Sycamore at the apartment he paid for me to stay in with my Garchomp, Absol and Dragonite. We had been training up for so long I was happy I took the Mega Evolution job. "Giga, hurry up and come on" i say as he rushes downstairs. Today was the day we left for our journey and we both were excited. Absol and Dragonite wished for Giga and I to go on while they stayed here. Absol thought this would be a great time for us to get stronger together. As Giga walked o the door I said goodbye to Absol and Dragonite rushing off to Sycamore's office in his lab. I was running so fast with Giga I hadn't been looking to where I was running , slamming into a man knocking us both down. "AH!!" I screamed as I fell onto the concrete. I looked to Giga then the man. "Whoa there Axel." I looked seeing Sycamore behind me, looking to the man I knocked over as he looks at me smiling. "You must watch where you run child." he says helping me up. "My name is Lysandre, you must Alex or Axel." he says helping me up. "Is this your Pokemon?" I looked at him and nodded. "Yes his name is Giga. We are Mega Evolution trainers." I say as Sycamore smiles. "Lysandre knows that already, because he was the man you trained with during those 4 years." he says , as i hit my forehead. "Oh yeah, I'm sorry I forgot your name." Lysandre pats me as we all begin walking. "Sycamore said that I will be your responsibility for now. I even have your missions ready." he says before I hear a large plane land nearby. "Are you ready to become the strongest trainer alive?" he asked. I looked at Sycamore as he gives me a nod to go. I smile. "We are ready. Giga!" I yell as Giga walks to me holding me. "So where we going?" I turn serious. After this day, my whole entire life was gonna change, I needed to be stronger. No time for friends, no time for anyone or anything, this was my new era for Giga and I to become a champion together...

Lysandre and I had gotten on the plane and the trip took almost a total of 2 hours, the only words he told me were, 'You and I will be the greatest in the new world...' I looked outside seeing a large red building, most likely his headquarters to maybe an incorporation he owned. He does look famous.. The palne lands down by the building sitting peacefully down as we began standing opening the hatch as the doors swung open leading us to his two orange high tech building doors that elevated open and close. "Sir where are we heading?" I asked as Giga walks beside me entering the building as everything was so red and bright. He looks at me leading me to a television turning it on as a news report is on. "This will be your mission." he says as a glowing blue stone reveals on the screen. "This is Gyaradosite. It is the mega stone to make a Gyarados evolve. I wish to have it, including the Stone still inside its amber." he says patting me. I didn't know what I felt about him, but all I wanted was power... No matter what the cost. "I will retrieve it..." I say as studying the stone I gain so much info through the report. Why was Lysandre wanting me to do this.. "I want you to meet Alain." he says as he snaps as a man walks in to the room with a blue scarf and leather like clothes on. I watched as I saw his partner a Charizard with a gauntlet like piece to hold it's stone around it's neck, much like Giga's metallic armor over it's right arm. Giga and Charizard eyed each other seeing the power of each were quite even with one another. "Alain. I am Axel. 18 years old from Orange Islands." I say nodding. "I am 18 as well... I just joined Lysandre after working with Sycamore." He says. I look. 'He worked with Sycamore too huh... What a coincidence...' I thought as I rubbed Giga's head. "This is Giga, my mega partner." I say as he introduces Charizard. "This is Charizard, my mega Pokemon. When it Megas it become Charizard X. A fire dragon type." I pet Charizard as it smiles slightly. "You two will be on missions together, until you are ready. Ok?" Lysandre says before leaving. "Do not disappoint me... Or you won't like what comes next..." He says before entering his large office leaving in silence.

Alain takes me to our rooms as he eyes over. "We will travel later today, make sure your ready to travel. I will come get you soon." He says before leaving Giga and I. I nodded at Giga before we laid in our room. "This is new... Isn't it?" I say as I look at Giga. He nods. "We will be ok..." I said as I rub his nose. "Get rest... We have a big day ahead of us."

Giga nods as he sleeps quietly. I look at the ceiling thinking. "Both I and Alain were with Sycamore.. But why did we both join Lysandre..." Before I closed my eyes I hear a box placed by my head but I stayed quiet as I hear the door close once again. I open my eyes as I see a black briefcase. My name was on the front in red ink. I open it with ease as I see a new outfit in my exact size. The clothes were black and white. Shirt had a white design like flames and a matching black jacket that was very rubbery like leather but inside very soft. Pants were bright white with black trimming on the cuffs and pocket lining. I looked through the rest of the clothes as I put them on styling everything putting on my hoodie and seeing how I looked. "My style..." I said as I saw a pair of red and white high tops in a size 13. "I have the biggest feet..." I say as I put them on putting on a vanilla like cologne. I didn't feel like going to sleep so why not try smelling good?

I went back to the case seeing a black mega bracelet like the one I had but stylish and a necklace with a mega stone like the Garchompite in it. Most likely just so people know what I have to mega. I had put on everything in the box looking at the clothes. "This is the new me... Axel the Mega Champion..." I said as hug Giga relaxing against it's arm with my arms behind my back. "Mega... Champion..." I say as I pass out from being so tired. Today was the start of my journey... I had no idea how it would turn out...
