I'm sorry I've been waiting for so long. I got piled up with stuff. So, I made this chapter extra long. :D

Oh what's in store? :D

Dahlia's POV

I practically skidded out the doors of that place and into the garden, seething. I felt like punching something until my knuckles were bloody and raw.

"UGH!" I let out angrily, stomping over to the fountain. I sat down on the wide side of it, peering down at my reflection in the water. A messy haired girl with bright eyes and an unhappy face stared back at me in the sparkling water. I groaned and splashed the water angrily, turning away.

"How could he have gotten under my skin so easily? Dahlia, you need to get a control on your emotions!" I mentally scolded myself. I started pacing, not caring that I was outside in my pajamas and it was freezing. Okay, maybe I cared a little.

That's when I heard the footsteps. I looked up to see Lilly and Ash, worry easily recognizable in their eyes.

"Hey, are you okay? I could see the steam coming out of your ears, it seemed." Ash asked, sitting down next to me. Lilly did the same on the opposite side.

"Yeah... I'm fine. He just aggravates me so much, and I've known him for what, three days?!" I clenched and unclenched my fists. Lilly put a hand on my shoulder.

"He does that. I've just never seen someone blow up that fast at him. Well... I have, but I thought you were that sort of girl who would stay quiet and be super patient." Lilly smiled wryly. "Guess you got an attitude, just like him."

"I am NOTHING like him." I retorted immediately. Ash chuckled.

"You two are as different as night and day, but you both have the same personality. You're like water, he's like fire. He's ALWAYS the hothead, just give you a little push, and you can become a storm." Ash said.

"And I can already tell, you seem like that motherly type." I flushed at what Lilly said, because I knew it was true. "Him, on the other hand, is like that big older brother that always wants to get under your skin but you got to love him anyway." She went on.

I was about to open my mouth to continue this, but then I blacked out suddenly.

***

"Dahlia?" I heard a familiar voice. I opened my eyes from where I was laying. It was pitch black. I sat upright suddenly and looked around.

"Felicity?" I called back, pushing myself up to my feet. Surprisingly, I didn't hurt. I almost felt light.

"Over here!" I heard her say from the front of the dark place. I followed where her voice was coming from, and a small sliver of light appeared. Felicity was standing there, with what seemed like a fireball in her hand. I looked at it quizically. She shrugged.

"Don't ask me how the hell I'm doing it." She scoffed. I smiled. This was Felicity alright.

"What's going on?" I asked. She looked at me seriously, the glow from the luminescent ball lighting up her face.

"Please, don't come here, Lia. You'll only get hurt, maybe killed. You don't know the half of what's going on." She pleaded.

"But your boyfriend is about to take over the freaking world! Don't you think we should stop that, since he's... Oh, I don't know... Evil?!" I argued. She glared at me, but it was replaced with a tired look.
