As soon as we land I swiftly got my bag from the overhead compartment and got off the plane. After airport boy's snappy comment I didn't want to see any more of him.
I wait by the exit for my family to get off so we could go to the hotel.
"Hey honey how was your flight" my mom asks curiously
"Eh it was alright I guess" I say "Can we just go to the hotel I'm pretty tired from the flight"
"Yeah of course honey you can lay down while the rest of us go to the pool."
In reality I would probably just wander around and explore the hotel instead of sleeping.
We get into a taxi and tell the driver the address.
As soon as I we arrive at the hotel we're greeted by a peppy hotel worker who I was not in the mood for. She looked only a couple years older than me but was so much prettier.
"Hello and welcome to the North Star hotel!!" (A/N IDK IF THIS IS A REAL PLACE I DIDNT KNOW WHAT TO CALL IT AHA) "here is your room key, I see your children have connecting rooms and the parents are in their own room."
"Yes that's correct" my mom says with a big smile
I grab my bag and run to the elevator, stepping into it and not looking back. I take it up to the 8th floor and get ready to step out. I walk out and immediately bump into someone.
"Oh my gosh I'm so sorry" I practically yell
"We've got to stop meeting like this" a familiar voice says
Oh no. I look up and see none other than the asshole from the airport.
"Ugh it's you again. Are you stalking me now?"
"Actually I happen to be staying here just like you" he says with his signature smirk
"Oh how wonderful" I say, the sarcasm clear in my voice
"Well I think it's great! Now we can hang out all the time."
"I wouldn't hang out with you if you were the last person in this whole hotel."
"Ok whatever you say.. See you later Casey"
"Don't count on it"
