Sophia went home three days after Harry's visit at the hospital. He hadn't visited her anymore since he was so busy at work, except for only bringing some things of hers to the hospital so that she had something to change in when she came home. Harry worked at a bakery at the time because he needed money while he went to uni. He was twenty years old, and he still worked at the same bakery he did when he was seventeen. It was mainly ladies who worked there, and they loved having Harry's charisma and flirty comments around. Especially this one girl who constantly flirted with Harry and sent him these looks all the time, until Sophia noticed it one day and told her to knock it off. She never looked at Harry again.
His days mostly consisted of going to uni, getting home to change, get to the bakery as fast as he could, considering it was always busy there and loads to do, getting home to take a shower, eat and sleep. Well, it went a bit more like this in Harry's mind; Going to uni with Sophia, getting home to change with Sophia, get to the bakery with Sophia, take a shower with Sophia (not always), eat with Sophia and sleep with Sophia. Since they lived together, they always spent time together, and most of the time Sophia had nothing to do so she went to the bakery with Harry. She loved to see him fail at making those goddamn croissants, which he never got the hang of.
Now that Sophia wasn't there, Harry felt lonely. He hadn't realized until then that he had so few friends that he could count it on one hand. Two. Sophia and Louis. Louis was almost always busy, singe he was an apprentice to become a lawyer. He had to work his butt of they had told him, and that's what he did. Harry was happy that Louis had found his place in this world, but also sad because he lost so much time with his best friend.
It was a Wednesday when Harry got a call from Grace that Sophia would be home in a few hours. Home, meaning her family's home. Of course, Harry could understand why she would want to stay there instead of with a strange boy with messy hair that she didn't even know, though he still found it sad that she wasn't gonna spend as much time with him as he had thought. But Harry was a patient boy, and he was willing to wait for Sophia.
He was at the bakery when he got the call, and his palms started to get sweaty, hands getting shaky. She was finally coming home now. Sophia was coming home. He couldn't have worked any faster the last hours he had left. His colleagues almost got worried, asking if he was alright and that he didn't have to work so fast since it wasn't that many customers today, but Harry couldn't stop, both out of nervosity and hurry to come home and see his dear Sophia.
When working hours were done, Harry waited till the women had left like he always did, turned off the lights, made everything ready for the next day and closed the bakery. He went to his car and practically jumped into it, putting the keys into the ignition and driving off to see Sophia.

"Welcome home!"
Everyone yelled and laughed happily, throwing confetti into the air and holding up a big sign that said "welcome home, Sophia." Harry chuckled and looked at them, seeing that they looked hilarious.
"Uh, sorry guys, it's just me," he said, letting out an apologizing laugh. "You look absolutely ridiculous by the way."
He received sighs and groans from the others. What a grumpy family. Hailey and Sarah were the only ones laughing, and Harry made his funny scary face like he was gonna come and get them, moving towards them with his hands ready to grab them, and they were mushed into the wall, not having anywhere else to go. They giggled and tried to crawl further into the wall, which wasn't exactly possible, so Harry beat them to it and tickled their tummies, grabbing them both and lifting them up in each of his arms.
"I've got you now, loves. What are you gonna do about it, huh?" He said jokingly.
They giggled more and tugged Harry's curls. Oh, how they loved his curls.
