Chapter 2

Rainbow's POV

Louis would not be calm. He was scared. I could sense that much about him.  I'd ask the boys what had happened but they're holding Louis back before he makes any wrong movements that could possibly get us into deeper trouble. I knew with this punishment was a must but I just didn't know how much. I was still hungry but Niall said to much for a fledgling could harm me. I'm still considered a fledgling until i'm at least a week old.

"Guys bring them in." Paul said gathering all us. I looked at the other girls. It was weird having other girls around me. He started saying how much trouble we would be in but I zoned out. I watched the film crew around us. There were many interviewers. Probably talking trash about us like we aren't human at heart, well I guess we aren't but we still feel like a normal person. "Alright got that?" Paul said clapping his hand. Paul headed down the alley way, opposite from the camera crews. Niall grabbed my hand and we followed him. He does know that this leads to the street as well and we'll be seen, right? I shake it off and follow Niall, hoping he knew I wasn't paying attention.

"Where are we going?" I whispered. I had to walk on my tippy toes to reach his ear.

"Paul knows someone around here and we have to stay there till council can fit us in, to find out our punishment." Niall said. I looked down and kept walking. Most of this was my fault and i'm pretty sure Paul or one of the boys were going to try and take blame. I looked up to see the wall turn in and Paul start to walk in. The other boys followed him with their girls. We were the last ones in and I watched the door closed. It was a long hallway with lit candles on the wall. I could only see five feet in front of me. The thin hallway lead into a big room the held many books. I gripped onto Niall tighter and watched him smile. Just then a door opened at the top of the stairs and down walked a older gentleman. I couldn't tell any distinct features but the boys seemed to know who he was. 

"Hey Nick." Louis expressed. Louis voice usually brightened any room but what had just unfolded was to dark for him.

"So we meet again boys." Nick said. His voice makes it seem that they'd gotten in trouble before and were made to go to him. I let loose a little on Niall's shirt. "Paul told a little about it but I want full detail." He said. I hadn't noticed that Paul had left.

"I'll tell." Liam huffed. Nick smiled.

"Alright let me lead you to your rooms. Then Liam come back out and tell me everything." He said pointing to the bookcase, one of many. Zayn gripped a book that was hanging out a little more. The bookcases split apart. Just as Zayn grabbed Perrie's hand Nick stopped us. "Wait all of you are vampires?" He said referring us girls.

"Yeah they are." Harry said, lying for Danielle and Perrie. Nick nodded and we advanced. Niall grabbed my hand and led me into the first room and Harry followed us in. "I'm bunking with you guys." Harry said confirming his action.

"Alright." Niall said sitting on the bed. I sighed and sat down beside Niall. He wrapped his arm around my waist. Harry took the other bed. It was all quiet.

"I'm sorry." I said breaking the awkward silence.

"For what?" They both said exchanging confused looks.

"Everything. This is all my fault. I shouldn't of forced the boys to go out on those dates. We all should know that someone is going to get punished a little more and I want it to be me. I'm sorry for causing all this stir." I said hanging my head low. I didn't want to look at either of their faces. I knew they would argue against my point but I knew how I felt and nobody was going to change that.

"No, it was all of-" Harry began.

"No, i'm tired of everyone taking the blame for me. Especially people I love. I know what I did was wrong I should of known that making the boys do that would do this." I said clenching my eyes so that the tears that have built up wouldn't fall.

"Please don't take-" Niall began.

"No, i'm a burden Niall." I said. Tears fell and I ran into the built in bathroom. I slammed the door and fell crying. I didn't want to deal with anybody but Niall and Harry didn't understand that.

"Fine if you won't open the door i'll go get Zayn." Niall said finally. I thought to myself why would he go get Zayn out of all the boys? It hit me, Zayn has the power of strength and he could easily blow down this door. I swung open the door and there stood a smirking Niall and Harry. I smiled. We all went to sit down on our respective bed. Me and Niall exchanged many smiles. I looked over to Harry and saw him zoned out into a clear daze. He was staring at the white wall. It was quite strange.

"What is up with him?" I said pointing to Harry. Niall hadn't noticed until now. Niall got up abruptly, almost making me fall. I knew it was something wrong when Niall ran out of the room. I ran over to Harry and held his shaking hand. "Harry?" He was abnormally stiff. It didn't seem like he was breathing. Just then his eyes made contact with me and I feel on my back, knocking all the wind out of me in the process. Many photos flew in and out of my view. Just then it went into like a movie with vocals but I couldn't talk.

"You have caused so much trouble that it cannot be erased. Every vampire has gone into deep hiding because of what you have done. Are you happy with all the damage that you have caused?" The leader said. I wasn't happy. ''I didn't think so."

"I think we should kill her. It would bring so much satisfaction to the vampire world." The girl of the panel said. I didn't cause that much trouble, did I? 

" I agree. Smitty you've got a job." The side door opened. Out came a monster that stood quite high and could scare anybody. I started shaking from my head to toe. I couldn't end like this. I didn't want to end on a tragic note. I heard the boys yell louder and louder each step the monster, known as Smitty, came closer. I couldn't stand to see the boys face. I couldn't understand them but I guess it was my name. I couldn't do anything. I was chained where I was. Just then one of the boys broke through the blur.

"Rainbow!" It was Niall's. I closed my eyes and when I opened them again, the monster had my collar and was lifting me. It dropped me again but I was unconscious. I didn't wake up until I was falling and falling. Was this a bottomless pit? I was always my fear to die this way. Just waiting for my death to slowly come. It would hurt a lot more. Just then I 

came to. Niall was breathing heavily. The light affected my eyes. After falling in a dark hole light hurts to see.

"What did you see?" Niall said, panicky. I guess Niall was scared. I sat up and saw Harry laying on his side. I jumped up and walked over to him and crouched beside him.

"I'm sorry." He said in his croaky voice. I smiled.

"Granted that hurt you warned me, if that was all true." I said, watching him smile. I knew he felt bad but technically it was my fault as everything else was. "Thanks." I said kissing his forehead.

"What did you see?" Niall said repeating himself from earlier. I sat them all down, after realising that they were all there. I told them everything I saw and heard and Harry confirmed everything I said. What scared me was their face afterwards.
