Chapter Seven

Rachel

I woke up to someone shaking me. I rubbed my eyes and looked down to Julia with tears coming down her face.

"Honey, what's wrong?" I asked seriously.

"I saw a monster in my room, and I don't want to sleep in there any more." she cried. I scooted myself over and she got into bed with me. I put my arm around her and we both fell asleep.

I woke up, yet again, to a knock at the door. I ran down there and opened it to see Santana all dressed up.

"Hey, I'm here to pick- woah, what happened to you?" she asked and walked herself in.

"Motherhood, thats what." I said pissed shutting the door.

"Well, I came to pick you up to take you to a dealership." she said. Oh shat I forgot about that.

"Oh, let me get dressed." I ran upstairs, threw some sweats on and grabbed a McKinley T-shirt, and got Julia up.

"Get ready, very quickly." I said she nodded and ran to her room. I threw on some light makeup and ran downstairs to see Santana playing with Julia. "Okay, let's go." I said grabbing my keys. Santana looked at me like I had ten heads.

"You're wearing that?" she said rudely. "You're acting like you did when you were pregnant, anything I should know about?" she smirked.

"Uh, no." I said and made a disgusted face. She laughed and we went to a dealer ship.

"So this one is a 2013 Chevy Equinox." the dealer said. I've seen about 500 different cars.

"Yeah, yeah." I said bored. I saw a car that spotted my eye and I poked the guy n the shoulder. "What's that car?" I said pointing.

"Oh, our only 2014 Ford Explorer." he said leading me over.

"I want this one." I said fast. He smiled at me and led me to fill out papers.
