Tonight was a full moon, on Halloween. Me and my best criend Jade walked threw the woods quickly and quietly. We were searching for the graveyard of Melchester. It was said to be a sacred site, on wich the inhabitants came alive at midnight of Halloween. Jade loved ghosts, she had dragged me out here just to take pictures.

"Do you think Melchester is gunna give us a show?" Jade pointed her flashlight in my face and asked me.

" I hope not!" i replied honestly. Jade sighed and we kept walking. I saw a grey spiked fence, beyond it was the promise of Melchester. Me and Jade started walking faster. She climbed the fence then i followed. The moonlight poured threw here, it was a wide opening with a dead tree hanging over a lonesome tombstone. It felt strange to be here. As we walked closer to the tombstone i clutched my lucky necklace, it meant the world to me.

Together me and Jade walked closer to the tombstone. It was a doubled tombstone, like the ones for husband and wife.

"Look at those chains.... aren't they dog chains?" Jade Pointed towards the ground and said with fear.

The chains were thick and heavy, there was two seperate ones on each one was a collar. The collars looked bloody. Jade snapped some pictures quickly.

"Cami, is it midnight yet?" Jade asked me.

I glance down at my watch, "Ten seconds till."

We counted down together we we got to one i closed my eyes tight and grabbed Jades hand, but nothing happened. We waited a few minutes but nothing. I looked at the gravestone for a name, it was Zachary Melchester.

"Jade, i dont think Zachary is going to show."

She sighed and toghther we hopped the fence, and started the trudge back to her car threw the woods. After a few minutes of walking in silence i reached up for my lucky necklace, but my hands closed around thin air, it was gone.

"Jade, I'll be right back; I droped my necklace, but i know where it is." I said, and turned started to run, as quick as possible. I finally saw the fence. I slowed my pace, and walked up to it. The strange feeling came back, agian. I felt the flashlight slip from my grip.

CLINK! it thudded to the ground and turned off. I bent down slowly, As soon as my hand felt it i grabbed it and stood quickly. I gasped and felt myself falling backwards towrds the hard ground.

i blinked a few time to make sure i wasn't halucinating at what i saw. There was Young man standing on the other side of the fence. He looked my age, around 17 or so. i blinked agian. when i opened my eyes agian he was some how on my side of the fence.

"I'm sorry for scareing such a beautiful gal," his voice was deep and allureing. Me being silly me, din't say anything, just stared.

"You should be more careful, wondering the woods at night."  he said after a moment. His dark hair fell in his face, even though he hadn't moved. He stood so still. He smiled, and before i could stop myself i said, "Then why are you out here?"

Like a branch that had been stepped on he snapped.

"Go back to your car." his voice deeper, and less allureing, it was scary.

I hauled myself off the cold ground and turned ready to run when his voice stoped me.

"Heres your necklace." I turned and reached towards his hand, like he was avoiding my touch, he dangeledit, i grabbed it.

"Thank-you so much, by the way I'm Cameron." I said, or maybe stuttered.

"I'm Zachary. Goodbye." His voice seemed less scary now.

With that i turned and ran back towards Jade.
