'Shut up, shut up, shut up, shut up' Kageyama thought while walking through the halls, halls of shame. 'It wasn't my fault it really wasn't' he wanted to explain to everyone that hated him but no one seemed to listen. Arriving to his home room Kageyama made his way to his seat. Stares. No, not stares, glares. Everyone was glaring at him, hating him, just because he made the team lose, the team with oikawa, the most popular guy with all the girls in middle school, but he's more of a douchebag than a charming prince. "Alright everyone take your seats, we've got a very busy schedule. A assembly in two hours, school festival preparations after 4 period, and to top it all off we have a new student. Okay you come in". When the new student entered they had everyone's attention. "Write your name on the board and say three facts about yourself" the teacher said while preparing for the day.
"Hello my name is (full name), (three facts about yourself like what your good at in school if there is, talents, or warnings)"
"Thank you (first name) now you can sit where there's an empty desk". Shocking everyone the only empty desk is next to Kageyama that's because someone brought in another desk so she wouldn't have to sit next to him while another student moved. Sitting down on the left side next to Kageyama the girl sitting behind her leaned over and whispered "I can move your seat"
"Uh why" (f/n) questioned
"That's Kageyama, you need to stay away from him"
"Why? What's so bad about him, he doesn't seem mean"
"Don't be too deceived Kageyama is a major asshole."
"Well why is tha-"
"You two girls! Stop chatting and start taking notes, Kageyama you will be in charge of Ms. (Name) here since she's your seat mate."

"Good now back to the lesson"
*lunch break*
Turning to Kageyama (name) was going to ask him to show her around since "he's in charge of her"
"Hey-"
"(Name)-chan why don't we show you around and have lunch with us"
"Uh well uhhhh" turning her gaze to Kageyama, she started to think. 'If I say no he might be upset, but if I say no and he doesn't show me around then he'll just seem like a jerk for not showing me around'
"Uh no thanks" (name) said quietly trying to appear shy like.
"Okay then later" after watching them leave she turned to Kageyama.
"K-Kageyama-kun?"
"Hm? Uh yeah?"
"Uh you don't have to but do you mind showing me around"
"Not to be rude myself but those girls just asked and you rejected, why ask me?"
"First off the teacher said, and I quote that you are in charge of me and uh I want to give you a chance and so people won't judge you for whatever you did for people here to hate you" shocked by her words Kageyama didn't know what to say to this girl.
"Well uh okay come on"
"Okay!" Following behind Kageyama outside the classroom, he showed her the school.
"And then the gym doors are here and the locker rooms are other there"
"Okay, thank you for showing me around you seem nice"
"Thank you"
"Ahhh~ it's the new girl! Hi there~"
Said a boy with brown hair and brown eyes.
"H-hi" (name) said quietly
"What's your name"
"Uh (full name)"
"Tell me (first name)-chan, why are you hanging out with Tobio-kun and not with any of the cute girls over there" he said pointing to the girls by the door.
"Well Kageyama-kun was showing me around and......and......" she didn't know what to say she wanted to make Kageyama-kun seem nice so what should she say.
"And what? Is Tobio-chan bullying the new girl?"
"And we are going to eat lunch together!"
"Oh~ do you find Tobio-chan attractive maybe?" He asked with a sky smirk.
'This guy is just pushing the limits.'
"We just met, I know no information on Kageyama-kun so I don't have a reason to like him. What's your name anyway"
"It's Oikawa, maybe I can be your boyfriend since everyone says I'm the prince of this school"
"Most people say that, but not everyone"
"What do you mean?"
"You don't seem like a prince, you don't seem attractive nor nice since you try to distract me from Kageyama-kun"
"Well then Ms. (Last name), you really are mean" he said as he walked away Oikawa turned "and (first name)-chan, you can come crying to me when Tobio-chan makes you cry"
"Don't count on it Oikawa" Kageyama stated. "She trusted me to be her first friend so I won't abandon her"
"First friend?"
"Yeah I thought that was already official"
"Eh yeah, thanks Kageyama-kun"

(4 months later)
"(Last name)-chan we should have a celebration party at my house since we graduated"
"Uh i don't know I'm not a party person"
After Kageyama-kun became my friend we hung out for awhile but it soon turned dark, the girls from another class approached me and asked several questions about Kageyama, Oikawa, and it was very strange but soon they forced me to be part of their little group I didn't enjoy it I never enjoyed a moment of it, I tried to hang out with Kageyama at lunch but they would say that they'd spread nasty rumors about me. So now it's the last day of middle school and I'm enrolling into Karasuno.
"Ugh did you hear about Kageyama and what he said to Oikawa-San"
"No I what happened"
"Well during their practice Kageyama confronted Oikawa saying something about him being bossy and that he isn't the couch or something, then Oikawa said something back and then out of no where Kageyama yelled at him"
"Wow who does he think he is, no wonder he has no friends"
"What an asshole"
"(Last name)-chan you've been out of it you alright"
"Yeah I'm going to the washroom, I'll be back"
But what (name) was going to do was go find a place to blow off some steam like a abandon classroom. Several minutes later she finally found an old classroom entering the room she saw a figure in the corner of the room, shaking.
"Uh you there in the corner, are you okay?"
*sniff*
"Hey are you okay?" Moving closer towards the figure she saw who it was. "Kageyama?" Lifting up their head it turned out she was right. He was hugging his volleyball. "Kageyama-kun are you okay?"
"Why did you stop hanging out with me"
"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry I stopped. You see the girls who I've been with said they'd spread nasty rumors about us. I didn't want you to be judged even more. So I was forced to hang out with them and I faked being happy, I faked laughing, I faked having fun with them, I faked a lot of things. And they believed me"
"Did you really do that stuff"
"Yeah, I'm sorry I really am"
"It's alright (last name)-San"
"No"
"Huh don't add San its been horrible, lets go back to (last name)-chan, okay Kageyama-kun"
"Okay" he said with a smile. Shocking him she hugged him, on her knees, wrapping her arms around his neck and comforting him. "You aren't alone anymore"

"If you ever feel sad and feel like nothing remember, you are perfect to me"

"Huh"
"I'll be your shoulder"

Pulling away "Uh well, I love you, I love Kageyama-kun or Tobio"
"EHHH?! Uh well......I love you too (first name)" he said with a heavy blush.
