Prince Sonic's POV

I woke up beside shadow in our room, now that I'm out of that hospital, I'm glad that I can talk again, and feed myself....the horrifying attempt to murder me from Mephiles was absolutely terrifying, I still can't get over why he wanted to kill me, but, still, I'm glad shady came to help me...I seen him start to wake up, I looked at him and seen him smiled, " I have a whole day planned for us Sonic..." he cuddled me closer to him. I smiled " and I can't wait!!" I said as I kissed him, he got up out of the bed and stretched, I got in front of him and stood on my toes to try to reach his mouth, I kissed his lips and closed my eyes as I kissed him, he placed his hands on my hips and I placed my hands on his shoulders, I then disconnected the kiss and stared into his handsome ruby eyes. "So, when do we get started with the day?" I asked him sweetly " right now!" We got dressed and walked out my door hand in hand. "So, what do we do first?" I asked, he then opened the door for me, and walked out behind me. "How about we go to one of those fancy vampire clubs?" I smiled, " okay!!" I then walked happily beside him, I layed my head on his arm as I walked. He kissed my forehead, then looked ahead again. Then I seen the bar ahead of us, I skipped in with him beside me, He sat down in the chairs at the counter and patted a seat next to him. " one order of a negative please, and one order of the finest o positive you have!" I giggle as he winked at me when he said my drink. The waiteress nodded then turned to get the blood. "So, love, after this what do you plan to do next?" I tapped my cheek with my finger, then an idea popped into my head. "What about a walk in the park?" He smiled " you really like nature don't ya love?" I nodded then seen the waitress with our order, she put mine in front of me and Shadow's in front of him, I grabbed a straw from the container beside me and put it in the red substance, I stared at shadow as I stuck my fangs into the straw to suck up the blood, I had my eye lids lowered and stareing deep into his eyes. He stared into mine, as his sipped the blood with his fangs. He leaned closer to me, our noses touched, " you're hot when you eat..." I giggled then placed my finger under his chin and kissed his lips, I felt him lick my lips wanting me to open, I then pulled away." Why'd ya do that for?" He asked me. "Not in public okay?" He nodded then got up. He took my hand and led me to the park. "Why are we going here in such a hurry!?" I asked sweetly. "Because I need to show you something..." I smiled then seen he had led us underneath a cherry blossom tree. With a sparkling lake beside it. He zoomed home then came back with a blanket and sat it on the ground. I sat down and patted a place beside me. "Come sit shadz!" He smiled then sat beside me, I then layed down on his lap and let my head rest on his arm. I then looked up at him. "You're so cute..." I said with a smirk." Oh, well, let's see how cute I am on our honeymoon!" " what?" I asked confused.
Shadow's POV

I started to pull out the surprise I got for sonic, then I pulled him up and told him to stand, I keeled down in front of him and held the little box, he gasped then started to cry, I felt people stareing at us. "Prince sonic the hedghog, will you make me the happiest hedgehog in the universe and....marry me?" I asked with hope and dread for his response,my heart quickening at his facial expression, he held him mouth as people awed. And after a long silence, He finally jumped on me and hugged me " of course I'll marry you shadz!!" He said happily, he then kissed me, people cheered and clapped. I then got up, and hugged him and looked over his head, "roses..." I though "he loves roses..." I seen silver with the group of people clapping, I have been sort of his friend. I looked at him and nodded my head to the roses growing beside the lake. He smiled and used his telekinesis to gently snap their stems and let the float to me. I grabbed them without sonic noticing. He let go of me and stared at the bunch of roses I had in my hand. He smiled and took them. "Roses! You know I like roses!!" I nodded and kissed him. The people awed and then began to leave. I took his hand into mine and slid the tiny golden band onto his finger. He smiled ans blushed. "I love you" " I love you too...Sonic.."
